<br />Now,on this 3rd day of August,1928,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report o
<br />Arthur O.Mayer,Exeoutor of the Last Will and Testament of Daniel Billings,deosased,and itZ
<br />appearing to the satisfaction of the Court , from the proof now on . file,that all persons inter
<br />in the estate of said deceased have been duly notified by publication of the filing of said
<br />rgDrt,and of the time and place fixed for the hharing�thsreon,as required by law and the
<br />order of court dated July g4th,19289and there,being no protest on file,aAd it further appear
<br />to the Oourt,after a full examination of said report, #,hat the same is correct in all respect
<br />and ought to be approved and allowed,
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of Arthur C.Mayer,Executor
<br />the Last Will and Testament of Daniel Billings,deoeased,be and the same is hereby approved
<br />allowed as and for his final account. The Court finds that the said exeoutor has received
<br />all sources the sum of $164.70;that he has paid out and expended the sum of $164.70,snd that
<br />there remains nothing in his hands for distribution.The Court finds that by former order of
<br />court,creditors of the said Daniel Billings were .allowed three months from the 19th day of
<br />March,1928,in which to present their claims duly authenticated,in the office of the County
<br />Judge of Hall 0ounty,Nebraska,or be forever barred-that the time so allowed for filing claims'
<br />has fully expred;tbat notice was given all persons,in the manner provided by law,of the time
<br />allowed and the place appointed for filing olaims;that all claims filed against said estate
<br />were paid,and that all claims outstanding against said estate,if any there be,are therefore
<br />barred and excluded.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,AJUDGED AND DECREED that all persons are forever barred from filing

<br />br setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Danile Billinge,deoeased.
<br />The Court, finds that the said Danl4l Billings departed this life a widower on the 19th day,
<br />of January,1928,1eaving a last will and testament which was duly admitted to probate in this
<br />court on the 16th day of February,1928,and which was in words and figures as followst $I,
<br />Daniel. Billinge,make this my last will revoking all former wills. My ladies gold watch I
<br />give to Margaret Whitt and my gentleman's gold watch I give to Grace Trout.
<br />The rest residue and remainder of my estate,real estate and personalty I give and devise is
<br />said Margaret Whitt and Grace Trout share and share alike. I appoint Arthur O.Mayer executor i
<br />of this will.
