FINAL DECREE:
IN THE CO 1.iNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
fit{
In the matter of the estate )
of FINAL DECREE.
ALICE I. JUCKETT DECEASED.
j
Now on this 30th day of March, 1928, this cause came on to be heard upon the final account of !'
William H. Rounds, Administrator of the estate of Alice I.Juckett, deceased, after due notice tab
all persons interested in said estate by publication, and no one having appeared to protest
against the approval and allowance of said account. On consideration of the report and of the
evidence in support thereof the court finds that',said administrator has accounted for all of
said estate coming into his hands or under his control and that his report is correct in all
respects and ought to be allowed; that he has received from all sources the sum of $20Q9.73
and has paid. out for funeral expenses, taxes, repairs, costs of admini*ation and in distribut -
ion among the heirs at law of said deceased the sum of 020g9.73, and that there remains no
Money or other property in his possession for distribution .
It is, therefore, CONSIDERED by the Court that the report of said Administrator be and the
i
same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is discharged of his
i
trust and his bond is released.
The court finds that notice as required by law was given to all creditors of said deceased as j
to the time limited and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of the said Alice';
I.Juckett, deceased, that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired and that all
claims outstanding against said deceased, if any such exist, are, therefore, forever barred.
The court finds that creditors were allowed three months from the 5th day of December, 1927,
in which to file their claims against said estate, and that this time expired on the 5th day
of March,19Z8.
It is, therefore, considered that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any;;
claims or demands against the estate of Alice I.Juckett, deceased, and that said estate is cloned.
The court finds that the said Alice I.Juckett departed this life, intestate, on the 28th day or
S,eptember,1927, being at the time of her death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that
she died intestate; that she left surviving her as her heirs at law, and her only heirs at
a
j law, the following named persons: EDWIN T. ROUNDS, 'WILLIAM B. ROUNDS, JOSEPH A, ROUNDS,
;her brothers, LAURA B.KUNZ, a sister, and the children of LILY VALLICOTT, a deceased sister,
