<br />WILL, CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />I,William Searson,of Gravid Island,Nebraska,being of sound mind and disposing memory,do
<br />make and publish this,my last will and testament,in the manner and form f©llowing,that is
<br />t o say;
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts,if any,and the expenses attending my burial,be first paid
<br />out of my personal estate.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give,devise,and bequeath to my beloved wife,Mattie Searson,the life use,rents,income,
<br />and profits,of all the property,both real and personal,of which I shall die the owner,and
<br />upon the death of my said wife,in the event she survives me,her funeral expenses shall be
<br />paid out df said estate.
<br />THIRD.
<br />Subject to the life use thereof by my said wife,Mattie Searson,in the event she survives
<br />rne,I give,devise,and bequeath to my sons, Thomas Searson and William G.Searson,and my dau-
<br />ghters,Jennie Lawrence,Elsie Ellis,Mary Fillmore,and Minnie Greenwood,the sum of 'Fen Dollars,,
<br />each .
<br />FOURTH.
<br />Subject to the life use thereof by my said wife,Mattie Searson,in the event she survives
<br />II me,I give,devise,and bequeath to my daughters,Mabel Searson and Mina Searson,and my son,
<br />I� Harry M.Searson,my home place,being Lot Seven in Block Eleven in H.G.Clark's Addition to
<br />the city of Grand Island,in Hall County,Nebraska,and known as 818 West 8th Street,together
