<br />Now on this 27 day of Mareh,192e,this cause came on to be heard on the final report of
<br />The First National Bank of Grand Island and Hermine Wiese,Executor and Exeoutrix,respeotivel
<br />of the Last Will and Testament of the said Henry Wiese,deoeased,and it appearing to the Court
<br />from the proofs on file that notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate
<br />the filing ofsaid report,as required by law and by order of Oourt,and it further appearing to
<br />the Oourt,after full examination,that the accounts exhibited by said Executor and Executrix r
<br />are correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed,and it further appearing that
<br />said Executro and Executrix have accounted for all of said estate which has come into their
<br />han dA ,
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of The First National Bank of
<br />4rand Island and Hermine Wiese,Executor and Exeoutrix,respectively,be and the same hereby is
<br />approved as and for the final report.

<br />The Court finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the manner providdd
<br />by law of the time and place fixed for allowing claims against the estate of said deeeased;th4t
<br />the time so fixed for filing claims has fully expired-that all claims filed and allowed
<br />against said estate have been fully paid and satisifed;that the expenses of said deceased
<br />and the costs of administering said estate have been fully paid and that all outstanding
<br />claims against said estate not filed,if any such there be,are forever barred and excluded.
<br />IT IS,THEREOFRE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever
<br />barred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against theestate of the said Henry
<br />Wiese,deceased,and that such estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court further finds that said Executor and Executrix have received from all sources
<br />the sum of $4756.62 that they have expended in the course of administration all of said sum
<br />with the exception of the sum of $59.72 and that t4oy have paid said sum of x:59.72 to Hermine!
<br />Wiese,widow of said deeeased,and sole legatee under the Last Will and Testament of said deoew
<br />The Court further finds that said Henry Wiese departed this life on the 28th day of April,
<br />1927,1eaving a Last Will and Testament which was duly admitted to probate on the 7th day of
<br />June,1927.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Henry Wiese died seized as the owner in fee simple
<br />of the following described real estate situated in Hall Oounty,Nebraska,to -wit:
<br />The South Half of the Southwest Quarter of section Three (3),Township Ten (10),North Range
<br />Ten (10),West of the 6th P.M.in Hall County,Nebraska,and The Northwest Quarter of the North-
<br />west Quarter,and the Southwest Quarter of the Soutbwest Quarter and Lot One (1) on the Main -
<br />landand Lot Four (4) on the Island,all in Section Ten (10),Township Ten (10),North ,Range Ten
<br />(10) ,West of the 6th P.M. in Hall Oounty,Nebraska ,
<br />and that by the provisions of the Last Will and Testament of the said Henry Wiese,deceased,
<br />said real estate did pass and descend as follows: To Hermine Wiese,the widow of said deceased
<br />during her life time or so long as she remains the widow of said deoeased,she to have the
