of Nebraska, <br />Scotts Bluff 0ounty, as* <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT. <br />IN THE MATTIM OF THE ESTATE of Della Lowman DECEASED. <br />Y <br />On reading and filing the petition of Barry Lowman,praying that the Instrument filed on <br />507 <br />the 16th day of June,19249and purporting to be the last Will and Testament of the said de- <br />osased,may be proved ,approved,probated,allowed,and recorded as the last Will and Testament <br />of the said Della Lowman,deoeased,and that the execution of said instrument may be committed <br />and the administration of said estate may be granted to Harry Lowman as Aftinistrator with <br />Will Annexed <br />ORDERED,That July 12th A.D.1924,at ten ofolook A.M.,ie assigned for hearing said petition,f <br />when all persons interested in said matter may appear 1. at County Court to be held in and l <br />for said Oounty,and show cause why the prayer of petitioner should not be granted;asd that <br />i <br />notice of the endency of said <br />p petition and the hearing thereof ,be given to all persons in- <br />terested in said matter by publishing a copy of this order in the Star - Herald a semi -- weekly <br />newspaper printed in said Oounty,for three successive weeks,prior to said day of hearing. <br />E.S.DeLaMatter <br />(SEAL) County Judge. <br />Dated June 20th 1924 <br />PROOF ON PROBATE OF WILL <br />THE STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />I <br />Be* <br />Scotts Bluff County, ) <br />In re ESTATE OF I <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT. j <br />Della Lowman, <br />Deceased. <br />NOW COMES J.H.Oasselman a residentof Scottsbluff, Scotts Bluff County who being first duly <br />sworn,deposes and says that he to one of the subscribing witnesses to the instrument now <br />on file in this Court,and now shown to him,purporting to be last Will and Testament of the <br />said Della Lowman deceased. <br />Affiant further says that on the 9th day of February,1921 in Scotts Bluff Oeunty,Nebraska <br />he saw the said Della Lowman sign the said instrument;that said instrument was signed in the <br />presence of affiant,and of Edith Broshu the other subscribing witness thereto <br />that the said Della Lowman then and there ,in the presence of affiant ,and of said Edith Bro- <br />shat published and declared the said instrument to be his last Will and Testament,and did <br />then and there request affiant and said Edith Broshar to subscribe their names to said in- <br />strument as witnesses thereto.That thereupon affiant,and ad.d Edith Broshar did then and <br />there in the presence of the said Testator,and in the presence of each other subscribe their <br />names to said instrument as witnesses thereto. <br />And Affiant further says that the said Testator at the time he signed,& deolared the <br />A <br />said instrument as aforessid,was above the age of twenty -One years,and according to the dis. <br />ornament of affiant,of sound mind and under no restraint whatever. <br />J.H.Oasselman <br />Subscribed in my presence and sworn to before me this 12th day of July,1924 <br />(SEAL) E.S.DeLaYatter <br />County Judge. <br />Filed this 12th day of July 1924 and recorded in Vol 13 page 239 Probate Record.
