<br />IN TH COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY NEBRASKA
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE

<br />Now on this 24 day of May,1928,this cause came on for hearing upon the petition of Charles
<br />Thompson,son and one of the heirs-at-law-of the above named Samuel F.Thompeon,deoeased,pray-
<br />ing for settlea�nt of the estate of said deceased and determiration of his heirs -at -law
<br />and the right of descent of his real estate•and the degree of kinship of said heirs -ate -law
<br />and it appearing from the proof on file herein that due and legal notice by publioation for.
<br />three consecutive weeks,as by law and the order of this eourt,required.bas been given to
<br />all creditors heirs -at -law and the persons interested in said estate of the filing of odd
<br />petition and the time and place for hearing same,whioh time was more than thirty days and
<br />less than sixty days after the filing of said petition and there being no objection thereto
<br />the cause was duly submitted to the court upon said petition and the evidence,and.the Court
<br />being fully advised in the promises finds that the allegations in the petition are true;
<br />that the said Samuel F.Thompson died intestate on the 5%h day of March,1895 at his place
<br />of residence in Hall County,Nebraska ;that at the time of his death he was the owner of said
<br />real estate herein described in Hall County ,Nebraska; that more than two years have elapsed
<br />since his death and that no application has been made in the State of Nebraska for the
<br />appointment of an administrator of said estate and no administration has been had of said
<br />estate. The Court -finds that the deceased left surviving him the following named heirs -at-
<br />law,to -wits
<br />Elizabeth Thompeon,widow,now deosased,
<br />William S.Thompson,a son of Wood River,Nebraska
<br />Thomas 4.Thompson,a son,of Oompton,California
<br />Charles Thompson,a son,of Wood River,Nebraska
<br />Etta Smith) a daughter of Wood River,Webraska;formorly Etta Thompson
<br />Ella Thompson,(now Ella Stillons) a daughter of San Barnadino;California;
<br />that all of said heirs -at -law are now over the age of twenty -one years.
<br />The Court finds that said Samuel F.Thompson died seized of the following described real
<br />estate situated in Hall Oounty,Nebraska,to -wit: The North Half of the Southwest Quarter (Ni
<br />SW�) of Section 30,Township 11,North,Rangs 11,West of the 6th P.M.in Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />which real estate did pass and descend on the date of the death of the said Samuel F.Thomp-
<br />son,by operation of law,to the following named heirs- at-law as follows: William S.Thompeon,
<br />Thomas G.Thompson,0harles Thompson,Ntta Smith,and Ella Thompson,now Ella Stillons,as tenants
<br />in oommon,one -fifth part to eaoh,subjeot to the estate of dower therein which passed and des-,,
<br />eended by operation of law to the said Elizabeth Thompeon,surviving widow of the said Sam-
<br />uel F.Tnompson,deooased.
<br />The Court finds that no petition or application has beenfiled in the State of Nebraska
<br />for the appointment of an administrator of the estate of said deceased and that no admin-
<br />istration has been had upon his estate in the State of Nebraska,and that more than two
