<br />It is therefore considered,adjudged and decreed by the Court that all of the right,title

<br />City of Grand Island,in Hall County,Nebraska.

<br />tion 7,Township 11,North,Range 9 West of the 6th P.M.in Merrick County,Nebraska,
<br />The East half of the North -east Quarter of Section 21,Township 11,North,Range 10,west
<br />of the 6th P.M.in Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />The East half of the West half of the South -west Quarter of section 18,in Township 11,
<br />North,in Range 10 West of the 6th P.M.in Hall County,Nebraska,and
<br />a Cemetery Lot described as follows: East half of Lot 76 in Row No.2 in Shoemaker's
<br />First Addition to 'rand Island Cemetery situated on the North -west Quarter of the North-
<br />west Quarter of Section 29 in Township 11 North,in Range 9 West of the 6th P.M.in Hall
<br />County,Nebraska did pass and descend at his death to the said Mary Florke,his widow,in
<br />absolute title,and it is awarded to her.

<br />October 15,1921-Now on this day came the the said Mary Florke,by her attorney,and filed in
<br />this office the receipts of all legatees,for their distributive shares of the money remaining
<br />in the hands of the -'Executrix as shown by her final report,and she is therefore discharged
<br />of her trust and her bond is released.
