<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF BUFFALO COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate
<br />�.FINAL DECREE.
<br />of Oliver M.Cox,
<br />Deceased.
<br />Now,os this Sth daV of March,1929,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of George C.Webster,Administrator of the estate of Oliver M.Cox,deoeased,and upon his peti-
<br />tiam`for the allowance and approval of said report,the settlement of said estate,axd his
<br />discharge herein,and the Court having examined the records and files and being fully advised
<br />in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of .the time and
<br />place fixed for a hearing upon said report as heretofore ordered by the Court,and the Court
<br />having examined said report,together with the vouchers on file,finds that said report is
<br />true and correct in all things and that the same ought to be approved and allowed as and for
<br />the final report of said Administrator.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the
<br />time and place fixed for filing claims against the estate of said deosased,and that the time
<br />so fixed has fully expired,and that all persons having claims against laid estate,if any
<br />such there be,and not filed within the time limited by the Oourt,are forever barred and ex-
<br />cluded from setting up or asserting ang such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the said George C.webster,as such Administrator,has paid the
<br />funeral expenses of said deeeased,the debts against said estate,and the costs of this pro-
<br />; ceeding,and that nothing further remains in the hands of said Administrator of the personal
<br />estate of said d eoeased,and that said Administrator has paid Esta A.Cox,ae surviving widow,
<br />the allowance heretofore made herein in her favor,and that said Administrator has delivered
<br />to the said Zeta A.Oox,surviving widow,the exemptions to which she is entitled of the person.
<br />al estate of said deoeased,and that nothing remains of the personal estate in the hands of
<br />said Administrator for distribution to the heirs of said deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that the estate of said deceased is not subject to an ihIleritanoe
<br />tax under the laws of the state of Nebraska,nor to a Federal estate tax under the laws of the
<br />United States..
<br />The Court further finds that the said Oliver M.Cox left.surviving him,as his heirs at law
<br />j and his only heirs at law,Esta A.Cox,his surviving widow,Bertha Lowell,a daughter,Veda Danner,
<br />a daughter,Oscar O.Oox,ason,Elsa E.Murray,a daughter,and Howard S.Cox,a son,but that the said
