<br />became vested in the widow, children and grandchildren Of the deceased above named and descri

<br />That the deceased was not at the time of his death liable or indebted for any amount, and sai
<br />premises or any part thereof are not now encumbered by or charged with any liability or indebt-
<br />edn ess of the deceased existing at the time of his death or incurred incident to his death, al
<br />said premises and the right to have, take, receive and enjoy the same are not now and never
<br />have been charged or encumbered with any inheritance or war estate tax.
<br />That each and all of the allegations of the petition herein are true.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND DECREED BY THE COURT; That each and all of the matt er�
<br />stated in the findings hereinbefore made be and they are hereby decreed to be true.
<br />That William H.Price died intestate on the 18th day of February, 1921, and that the heirs of
<br />the deceased were and are hereby decreed to be Mary Price, the widow of the deceased; William)
<br />F. Price, Moses Price, Henry C. Price, George F. Price, John E. Price, sons of the deceased;
<br />ga.ggie E. Christopher, Abbie A. Ham, Kate McCorkle, daughters of the deceased, and Walter Jacks(
<br />a grandson of the deceased, and Fannie Jackson, a granddaughter of the deceased.

<br />That the real estate hereinbefore described, to -wit; Northwest Quarter of section 33, in towns

<br />9, north, range 10, West of the 6th P. M. , in Hall County, Nebraska, be and it is hereby assig4ed
<br />as follows:
<br />To Mary Price, the widow of the deceased, an undivided 1/3 thereof, absolutely in fee simple.
<br />To the said sons and daughters of the deceased, to each an undivided 2/27 thereof, absolutely
<br />in fee simple.
<br />To Walter Jackson and Fannie Jackson, t0 each an undivided 1/27 thereof, absolutely in fee
<br />simple.
