<br />nd has jurisdiction over the subject matter of this proceeding and of all persons interested,

<br />hat after full hearing in said matter, the court further finds:
<br />hat William H.Price died intestate on the 15th day of February,1921, a resident of Toulon,
<br />tark County, Illinois; that more than two years have elapsed since the date of the death of
<br />eceased, and no application has been made in the State of Nebraska for the appointment of an
<br />dministrator of the estate of the deceased, nor have there been any proceedings for the ad-
<br />inistration of his estate within the State of Nebraska, either by an heir or any person
<br />laiming to be a creditor of the deceased or otherwise.
