<br />other expenses of administration and debts filed, and allowed against said estate, there is
<br />j left moneys and notes of said estate amounting to $371.27, which is to be when collected
<br />divided equally between Cora Catron widow of deceased, and his two minor children Benjamin
<br />batron and Clarence Catron, and that said amount as last above named is now in notes,and
<br />that Cora Catron is the lawful guardian of said minors, Clarence Catron and Benjamin Catron
<br />k and has given a bond as such, and upon the collection of said notes as such guardian to make

<br />a report to this Court.

<br />It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that the report be and the same hereby is
<br />accepted and approved as and for the final report of the administratrix of said estate,and
<br />said estate is hereby declared to be settled and all persons are forever barred from filing

<br />a any claim or claims against said estate, and said administratrix is discharged of her trust
<br />�( and her bond cancelled.
<br />! THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that Thomas J.Catron died seized in fee of the following described

<br />premises situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to_ wit: The West half (W) of
<br />the South -west Quarter Section Twenty -nine (29) in Township Twelve (12) North Range
<br />N Eleven (11) containing 80 acres, and that said premises is and was the Homestead of the said
<br />I
<br />I Thomas J.Catron, deceased and his family and that same is of less value that $2000.00, and
<br />the said widow, Cora Catron is entitled to the use and benefit of same for and during her
<br />j natural life as provided by the laws of the State, she to keep the taxes paid up and the prep
<br />insured.
<br />The North East Quarter of the North East Quarter (NE+ of NE +) Section Thirty one (31) in
<br />Township Twelve (12) Range Eleven (11) containing 40 acres, and that the said Cora Catron
<br />widow of Thomas Catron, deceased, is entitled to dower interest in the last last above descr
<br />as provided by the laws of this state, and the remainder to be accounted for to Benjamin
<br />Catron and Clarence Catron minor childred of deceased or to their legal guardian.
<br />The court further finds that Cora Catron, widow, Benjamin Catron and Clarence Catron are the
<br />heirs at law and the only heirs at law and next of kin of the said Thomas J.,Catron, deceased
<br />and the two children are minors of the age of 14 and all respectively.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT THE personal propertyremaining do pass to
<br />the persons and in the manner set forth and that the Real Estate herein mentioned and deserit
<br />ed passes to the persons herein named and in accordance with this decree and the laws of the
<br />State of Nebraska in such cases made and provided.

<br />Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized
<br />to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of
<br />the records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
