<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL OOUNTY,NEBRASKA'
<br />In the Matter of the Estate of
<br />' FINAL DECREE
<br />Henry Eiokhoff,deceased.
<br />Upon this 9th day of August,l927,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of August Eickhoff,administrator of the Estate of Henry Eickhoff,deoeased,and upon his peti --
<br />tion for settlement of said estate and his discharge therein and the Court having examined
<br />the records and files,and beigg duly advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice
<br />has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for hear-
<br />ing upon said final report as heretofore ordered by the Court.
<br />And no one appearing to object to said,report and the Court having examined.same together
<br />with the vouchers on file and the testimony offered in support thereof,and being duly ad-
<br />vised in the premises,the Court finds that said report is true and correct in all things,
<br />and that the same ought to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of the adAint
<br />The Court further finds that the said Henry Eickhoff departed this life on the 26th day
<br />of 'January,1927,and at the time of his death the said Henry Eickhoff was a resident and in-
<br />habitant of Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 5th day of February 1927,the said August Eickhoff
<br />filed in this Court his duly verified petition praying that Letters of Administratiorbe gran-
<br />ted to August Eickhoff in the estate of Henry Eickhoff ,deceased ;that the Court thereupon fixed
<br />the,lst day of Maroh,1927,as the..date for hearing said petition and that due notice of filing
<br />of said petition and the time and place fixed for hearing thereupon was given by the Court
<br />in the matter provided by law and that on the lot day of Maroh,1927,the day fixed for that
<br />purpose,the hearing was had on said petition and letters of administration issued to August
<br />Eickhoff and that he duly qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the
<br />time and place fixed by the Court for the presentation of claims against said estate and that
<br />1 the time and place so fixed has fully expired and that all persons having claime.against said
<br />estate,if any such there be,are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any
<br />I
<br />such claim against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that August Eiokhoff ,Wilhelmine Kruse,both of legal
