<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate
<br />of FINAL DECREE.
<br />JOSEPH PARO,DECEASED.
<br />F Now on this 26th day of October,1927,this' cause came on to be heard upon the final report
<br />of William Paro,administrator of the estate of Joseph Paro,deoeased,following due notice to
<br />all persons interested of the filing of said report,by publication in the Grand Island Ihda -'
<br />pendent,and there being no objection or protest on file.
<br />On examination thereof the court finds that said report is correct in all respects and
<br />ought to be approved that said administrator has a000unted for.all of said.estate ooming in t
<br />his hands or under his oontrol,that he has paid all debts.filed and allowed against said
<br />estate as well as the funeral expenses and costs of the administration and that there remains
<br />s
<br />in his hands for distribution the sum of *139.81.
<br />It is therefore considered by the court that the report of William Paro,admiaistrator,be a
<br />the same hereby is approved and allowed and that upon his filing in this court the receipts
<br />of the heirs for their respective shares of the personal property he be discharged of his
<br />trust and his bond released.
<br />The court finds that all creditors of said deceased were notified by publioation,as retire
<br />1 by law,of the time limited and place appointed for filing claims against said estate,t #at the
<br />time allowed for filing claims has fully expired and that all claims outstanding against said
<br />deceased not filed within the time limited are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is,therefore,00nsidered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred
<br />from filing or_ setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Joseph Paro,deoeased.
<br />The court finds that the said Joseph Paro departed this life on the 16th day of February,

<br />1927,being at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,and tha
<br />he died intestate,leaving surviving him as his heirs at law,and his only heirs at law,the fob

<br />William Paro and Allan Paro,his sons the said William Paro and Allan Paro are not t.
<br />sons of the said Ella Paro,but are sons of a former wife,now deceased.
<br />The court further finds that the said Joseph Paro died seized in fee of the following de
<br />oribed real estate situate in Hall County and Herrick County,Nebraskat
<br />Lots Numbered Five,Six and Seven in Block One and
<br />Lots Numbered Seven,Eight,Nine.Ten and Eleven in Block Six,all In Pleasant Hill Addition to
<br />the City of grand Island,Hall County,eebraska,Lots Numbered One,Two,Three and Eight in Block
<br />Your and the Easterly One -Half part of Lot Numbered Seven in Block Nine,all in Voitle's Addit
<br />to the original Town,now City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska; All that part of the East
<br />half of the South East Quarter of Section Ten in Township E1oven,North of Range Nine,West of
<br />the birth Principal meridian in Nebraska,and the West fifth five feet of the best half of the
<br />South West Quarter of Section Eleven,in Township Eleven,North of Range Nine West of the Sixth
<br />Principal Meridian in Nebraska Lying South of a lime drawn parallel with and distant four
<br />hundred feet in a Southerly direction from the center line of the South Main Track of the
<br />Union Pacific Railroad,00ntaining Twenty acres more or less,in Hall Couaty,Nebraska,Lote
