<br />If IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE
<br />OF DECREE
<br />ROSA A BURGER,DECEASED
<br />Now on this 5 day of Ootober,1921,this cause came on for hearing an the final report of
<br />The First National Bank of Grand Island 0 Nebraska, Administrator with the will annexed of the
<br />Last Will and Testament of Rosa A.Burger,deoeased,and it appearing to the Court from the
<br />proofs on file'that ndtioe has been given to all interested persons in said estate of the
<br />filing of said final report as required by law and the order of this court and it further
<br />appearing to the Court Sfter a full examination,that the account exhibited by the said Ad-
<br />ministrator with the will annexed,is correct in all things and ought to be approved and all
<br />and it further appearing that said Administrator has aoco untked for all of the estate which
<br />has come into its hands.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that-the report of The First National Bank
<br />Grand Island,Administrator with the will annexed of the Last Will and Testament of Rosa A.
<br />Burger,deceased,be and the same is approved as and for its final report.
<br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the
<br />provided by law of the date and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said
<br />deceased;that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired ;that all claims filed and
<br />allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied ;that the funeral expenses of
<br />said deceased and the posts of administering said estate have been fully paid ;that the said
<br />estate is not subject to federal estate tax nor to any state inheritance tax and that all
<br />opitstanding claims against said estate,if such there be,are forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is,therefore,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever
<br />barred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Rosa
<br />A.Burger,deoeased,and that such estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said Administrator with the will annexed has received in cash
<br />from all sources the sum of $250.46 ;that it has expended on account of bills filed against
<br />said estate,and on account of expenses of administrataon,the entire sum of $250.46.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED; ADJUDGED AND D ECR$ED that the action of said Administrator with
<br />the will annexed in so making such expenditures is hereby approved and said bills and
<br />are allowed.
<br />The Court finds that the said Rosa A.Burger,deoeased,departed this life at Linooln,Nebrasi
<br />on thel5th day of May,1926,being at the time a resident of Doniphan,Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />and being possessed of real estate in said Hall County,Nebraska ;that she left a Last Will
<br />and Testament which was admitted to probate on the 10th day of June,1926.

<br />E That the said Rosa A.Burger,deceased,died seized as the owner in fee simple of the followl
<br />described real estate,to -wit:
<br />"The East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4,Township 9,North,Range 9,West of the
<br />bth P.Y.in Hall County,Nebraska;
<br />The following described real estate in Doniphan,Hall County,Nebraska,to -wits NBeginning at
<br />a point 100 feet West of the Southeast corner of Lot 2 of the County Subdivision of a part
<br />of the Southeast Quarter of Section S,Towaship 9,North,Range 9,West of the 6th P.Y.in Hall
<br />County,Nebraska,running thence Hest 50 feet on the line of said lot;thenoe forth 1954 feet;
<br />thence East 50 feet;thenoe South 1951 feet to the place of beginning,the same being a reo-
<br />tangular piece 0 f land,00ntaining 9775 Square feet.N
