<br />The Court further finds that said Executrix has paid the inheritance tax in the sum of
<br />#174.52 to the Opunty Treasurer of Hall County,Aebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that all of the property,real and personal.,in the hands of said
<br />Nettie Sterne,Executrix,has been delivered to the said Nettle Sterne,sole devisee and legs.

<br />The Court further .fAnds that all debts against said estate and the costs of this pro-
<br />oeediag have been paid and that nothing further belonging to said estate remains in the
<br />of said Executrix and that all claims against said estate not filed herein are forever
<br />and excluded.
<br />IT IS,THEREFpRE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Nettie
<br />Sterne,Executrix of the last will and testament of Adolph W.Sterne,deosased,be,and the same
<br />hereby approved and allowed as and for her final report,said estate to hereby settled and c
<br />acid said Executrix discharged and her bond as such is hereby released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGLD AND DECREED that under and by virtue of the said last will
<br />and testament of said Adolph W.Sterne,deceased,the absolute title to the following described
<br />real estates'Lot 6,in Blook 114,Railroad Addition to the city of Grand Island,and Lot l in
<br />Block 50,Oharles Wasmerfs Third Addition to the pity of Grand Island,all in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,passed and descended to Nettie Sterne,sole devisee and legatee of said last will
<br />and testament of said Adolph W.Sterne,deoeased.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED$ADJUDGED AND DECREED that under and by virtue of the said last will
<br />and testament of said Adolph W.Sterne,deeeased,the absolute title to the following desoribed
<br />real estate,towit,the southerly 44 feet of Lot 501n Block 55,of the Original Town,now,01ty,
<br />of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,passed and descended to Nettie Sterne,sole devisee and
<br />legatee of said last will and testament of said Adolph W.Sterne,deceased,subject only,.to the
<br />oontingent claim in favor of George H.Thummetheretofore. l ' allow Eerein.

<br />I,Adolph W.Sterne,merchant,of Grand Island,Nebraska,being of sound mind and disposing
<br />ory,do make and punlish this my last will and testament,in the manner and form following,thal
<br />is to say:
<br />FIR.BT.
<br />I direct that my just debts,if any,and the expenses attending my burial,be first paid.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give,devise,and bequeath,all the rest,residue,and remainder of my property,both real
<br />personal,and whether now held by me or hereafter acquired,to my beloved wife,Nettie Sterne,
<br />to have and to hold the same forever.In making the above provision in behalf of my said wife
<br />I am not unmindful of the welfare of my beloved daughters,Ruth Sterne Thurston,and Mabel
<br />Sterne,but reposing absolute comUdenoe in the frugality and business ability of my said wife
<br />and being conscious that at the proper time she will make a just and equitable distribution
<br />of property owned by her,between my said daughters ",I feel that the course I am here pursuing
<br />is the wisest-for all concerned. .
<br />THIRD.
<br />I hereby nominate and appoint my said wife,Nettis Sterne,as Executrix of this will,and re-
