Now,on this 18 day of October,1927,this cause came on for hearing upon the final rep ort of Nettie Sterne.fteautrix of the last will and testament of Adolph W.Sterneldeceasedsar it upon her petition for a settlement of said estate and her disoha:tge herein and the Court having examined said report and the reoords and files in said estateland being duly advised In the premises.finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said final report as hereto.. jl fore ordered by the Oourt,and no one appearing to object to said final report the court examined thesametogether with the vouohere on file and the testimony in support thereof, i' and being duly advised in the premises,,the Court finds that said report in true and oorreot In all things and ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of sold Exeoutrix. The Court further finds that said Adolph W.Sterne departed this life on the 15th day of September,1926,and at the time of his death was a resident and inhabitant of the county J of Hall sand state of Nebraska. The Court further finds that on the 21st day of September.1926INattie Sterne filed in 11 this Cqurt her duly verified petition praying for the allowanoe and probate of an intro- I Gourt meat purporting to be the last will and testament of Adolph W.Sterne,doosased,Mmt the 1! o. thereupon fixed the 29th day of Ootober,1926,as the date foi,- making proof of said last will d and testament,and due notice of the filing of said petition and of the time and place I fixed for the hearing thereon was given by the Court in the manner provided by lawand on said date,,Ootober 29,1926,said instrument was duly proveii ,allowed and admitted to probate in this Court as &W for the last will and testament of the said Adolph W.Sternaltdoosasedt and betters testamentary were duly issued thereon to Rattle Sterne.,Zxeoutrix as named in said last will and testament.and she thereupon duly qualified as such. The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the 1. time and place fixed by the Court for filing of claims against said estate,that the current bills In the sum of $17097.60,being claims against the clothing store of A.W.Sterna,,have beenl� paid by said Exaoutrix.that the obligation due.the Commercial State Bank in the form of a promissory note In the sum of $20,500.00 and interest ,has been satisfied by said Zxeoutrix, and that none of said claims were filed herein,and that the time go fixed for filing of ll claims "a fully expired and that all persons having olaims against said estatejif such there be,are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such olai.%s against said estate. The Court further finds that said Adolph W.Sterne died seized as the owner in fee simple of the following described real estate in Hall CountysNebraska: Lot Six (6) in Block One Hundred Fourteen (114) ,Railroad Addition to the city of Grand Island,Han Oounty,,Nebraskaand Lot One (1) in Block Fifty (50)Aharlee Wasmer's Third Addition to the city of Grand Island,Hall County.Nabraska.
