<br />Whereas,my good friend James W.Longstreth,being of poor health,I desire that Frank Burry be
<br />substituted in his stead as the executor of my last will m d testa.ment.The said will to re-
<br />main as written in all other respects.

<br />of Frank Burry,Executor of the last will and testament of Corington G.Powers,deceased,and upon
<br />his petition for the approval and allowance of said report,the settlement of said estate and
<br />his discharge herein,and the Court having examined the records and files and being fully
<br />advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the
<br />time and place fixed for a hearing upon said report,and no one appearing to object to the
<br />same a *d the Court having examined said report,together with the vouchers on file,finds
<br />that said report is true and correct in all things,and that the same ought to be approved and,,
<br />allowed as and for the final report of said Executor,said Executor discharged and said estate]
