<br />Nebraska;that more than two years have elapsed since the death of the said Sylvanious K.
<br />Wilson, deceased, that no application has ever beenmade in the State of Nebraska for the

<br />appointment of an administrator of his estate,nor has administration upon the estate of
<br />the said Sylvanious K.Wilson,deceased,ever been had in the State of Nebraska;that the pe-
<br />titioner herein was the wife of the said deceased and is a competent and proper person to j
<br />institute and prosecute this proceeding.
<br />The court finds that the said Sylvanious K.Wilson,deceased,left surviving him his wife, 1

<br />Laura B.Wilson and the following sons and daughters to wit;Earl Wilson,Earnest Wilson,Louis
<br />Wilson,Fred Wilson Arthur Wilson,Minnie Sheeks,George Wilson,Mary Irwin, Har ;ow

<br />Wilson and Pearl Wilson;that said persons are his only heirs at law and that each of them
<br />are of legal age and that upon the death of the said Sylvanious K.Wilson,deceased,the said
<br />premises hereinbefore described were occupied by the deceased and the petitioner and family
<br />as and for their homestead under the laws of the State of of Nebraska,and that upon thee'
<br />death of the said 'Sylvanious K.Wilson deceased said real estate

<br />Laura B.Wilson,for her life with remainder over to Earl Wilson,Earnest Wilson,Louis Wilson,
<br />Fred Wilson,Arthur Wilson,Minnie Sheeks,George Wilson,gary Irwin, Harlow. j'
<br />Wilson and Pearl Wilson share and share alike.
<br />The court further finds that the said Sylvanious K.Wilson, deceased, left a personal estate
<br />j sufficient to pay his funeral expenses and debts and that said funeral expenses and debts ;j
<br />have been fully paid; that if any debts exist against thle estate of the said Sylvanious K.
<br />Wilson, deceased, such debts are long since barred by the Statutes of Limitations and are �!
<br />forever barred and precluded and the court finds that the costs of this proceeding has been
<br />paid in full.

<br />The court further finds that Earnest Wilson, son of the said deceased, died in testate
<br />day of year leaving as his only heirs at law the persons herein named and that any
<br />interest in said premises herein described, which the said Earnest Wilson might have had -)
<br />passed and descended to Laura B.Wilson, and that all of his debts and funeral expenses have '

<br />been fully paid and more than two years have elapsed since the date of his death and that any;;
<br />debts he may have had are long since barred by the Statutes of Limitations.
<br />The court further finds that at the date of the death of the said Sylvanious K.Wilson, deceas4,

<br />ed said real estate hereinbefore described was about the value of $2,000.00.

<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the said Sylvanious K.Wilsorl,

<br />deceased,died intestate in Hall County Nebraska on the 24th day of April,1920,and was at said {I
<br />t0 e a resident and inhabitant of the said county;that more than two years have elapsed since

<br />the death of the said Sylvanious K.Wilson;that no administration has ever been had or applied;
<br />for upon the estate of the said Sylvanious K.Wilson,deceased,in the State of Nebraska;that
<br />the said Sylvanious K.Wilson,deceased,died seized as the owner in fee simple of an estate
<br />of inheritance in Lots four (4),five (5),six (61)of Block nine (9) of Brett and Johnson
<br />Addition of Wood River,Nebraska;that he left surviving him the following named persons to
<br />1rit;Laura B.Wilson,widow,Earl Wilson,Earnest Wilson,Louis Wilson,Fred Wilson,Arthur Wilson,
<br />Minnie Sheeks,George Wilson,Ma,ry Irwin, Harlow Wilson and Pearl Wilson,all of
<br />whom are of legal age and are his only heirs at law;that under the laws and descent of dis-
<br />tribution of the State of Nebraska,said real estate passed and descended at the date of the
<br />death of said deceased to Laura B.Wilson for lige with remainder to his sons and daughters,
