<br />Now on this 10th day of October 1927 this cause came on for hearing upon the petition of
<br />Laura B.Wilson heretofore filed herein,praying that the court determine and find the date ofl
<br />the death of the said Sylvanious K.Wilson,deceased,that the said Sylvanious K.Wilson died
<br />intestate,that theheirs at law of the said Sylvanious K.Wilson may determined by the court
<br />and their respective degree of kinship fixed and that the right of descent of the real estati
<br />of the said Sylvanious K.Wilson,deceased,be determined,and it:. appearing to the court,from
<br />the proofs mn file,that due and legal notice by publication,has been givem,as 'by law and the
<br />i ed;
<br />order of this court,require,to all creditors,heirs at law and persons interested in the estate
<br />of said deceased,of the time of filing said petition and of the time and place fixed for the
<br />hearing thereon,w:�ich time was for more than three weeks and the date of said hearing was i
