<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of Anna E.Jackson,
<br />Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of George P.Jackson -be and the same hereby is
<br />approved and allowed as and for her final report and said estate is hereby settled and closed
<br />and said Executrix discharged and her bond is hereby released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT under and by virtue of the Last Will and
<br />Testament of George P.Jackson,deceased,the absolute title to the following described property,

<br />raska,passed and descended to the child or children of Georgia, Pearl Jackson,now Georgia
<br />Pearl Kirkpatrick,subject to the life estate of the said Georgia Pearl Jackson,now Georgia
<br />Pearl Kirkpatrick and if no child or children survive her,then upon her death,said real
<br />estate passes and descends to the other children of George P.Jackson,share and share alike and
<br />that under and by virtue of said last Will and Testament,Anna E.Jackson was named as Guardian
<br />and is hereby appointed the testamentary guardian of this devise to handle manage and rent
<br />and make necessary collections and manage,disburse and Pay out the said moneys and refrain any

<br />surplus thereof for the use and benefit of the said daughter Georgia Pearl Jackson,now Georgia
