<br />The Court further finds that under and by virtue of the Last Will and Testament of George
<br />P.Ja.ckson,the `Nest Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4,Township 12,Range 1,West of t
<br />6th P.M.in York County,Nebraska,was devised to the children of Georgia Pearl Jackson,now Georkie
<br />Pearl Kirkpatrick,share and share alike,the representative of any deceased child to take and t e-
<br />ceive the share of the said deceased child if any there are,and that said Testator named and
<br />appointed Anna E.Ja,ckson,testamentary guardian of this devise.
<br />i The Court further finds that all of the other real estate hereinbefore described passed

<br />The Court further finds that said Testator gave and bequeathed all of his personal propert

<br />The Court further finds that distribution has been made and possession given to the proper;
<br />parties under and by virtue of the Last Will and Testament of George P.Jackson,of the real an
<br />personal property hereinbefore described.
<br />The Court further finds that there is no personal property in the hands of the Executrix
<br />for further distribution.
<br />The Court further finds that all debts and the costs of this proceeding have been paid and
<br />nothing further belonging to said estate remains in the hands of said Executrix and that all
<br />claims against said estate not filed herein are forever barred and precluded.
<br />The Court further finds that the said George P.Jackson sold to Lorenzo J.English and he
<br />assigned his interest in said contract to Almanson Jarvis Lot Two (2) in Block Ten (10) of
<br />Packer & Barr's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,and that since the
