I:' <br />W10% .L J N'1► <br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and allowed as <br />the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said George P.Jackson,de- <br />ceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court <br />this 30th day of July 1926. <br />{ <br />(SEAL) J.H.Mullin <br />County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) <br />OF FINAL DECREE. <br />GEORGE P.JACKSON,DECEASED. <br />Now on this 28 day of September,1927,this cause came on for hearing upon the final re- <br />port of Anna E.Jackson,Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of George P.Jackson,deceased <br />and upon her petition for settlement of said estate and her discharge herein,and the Court <br />having examined said report and the records and files in said estate and being duly advised <br />in the premises finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested <br />in said estate of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said final report as heretofore <br />ordered by the Court and no one appearing to object to said-final report the Court axamined <br />the same,together with the vouchers on file and the testimony in support thereof and being <br />duly advised in the premises,the Court finds that said report is true-and correct in all <br />things and ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Executrix. <br />The Court further finds that said George P.Jackson departed this life on the 26th dev <br />of June,1926,leaving a Last Will and Testament;that at'the time of his death he was a re- <br />sident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska and that he died at his place of residence. <br />The Court further finds that on the 6th day of July,1926,the said Anna E.Jackson filed <br />in this Court her duly verified petition praying for the allowance and probate of an in- <br />`i <br />strument purporting to be the Last 'dill and Testament of George P.Jackson,deceased;that the <br />Court thereupon fixed the 30th day of July,1926 as the date for making proof of said Last <br />Will and Testament and due notice of the filing of said petition and of the time and place <br />fixed for hearing thereon was given by the Court in the manner provided by law and on said <br />date,July 30th,;926,said instrument was duly proven;allowed and admitted to probate in this <br />Court as and for the Last Willand Testament of the said George P.Jackson and Letters a- <br />mentary were duly issued thereon to Anna E.Jackson,Executrix,as named in said L Will and <br />Testament and she thereupon duly qualified a such. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the <br />time and place fixed by the Court of the filing of claims against said estate and that all <br />claims filed have been paid and that the time so fixed for filing claims has fully expir6d <br />and all parsons having claims against said estate,if any such there be and not filed herein, <br />are forever barred and precluded from setting up or asserting any-such claims against said <br />estate. <br />The Court further finds that said Executrix has paid the inheritance tax due the State <br />of Nebra.ska,and the inheritance tax due the United States Government. <br />The Court further finds that the said George P.Jackson died seized as the owner in fee <br />ii <br />simple of the following described real estate: <br />Lot Nine in Block 13 of Evans Addition to the City of Grand.Island,Hall County,Nebra.ska; <br />Lot 5 in Block 14 of Packer & Barris Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebrasksll; <br />Lots 3 and 4 in Block 13 of Lambert's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska; - ) <br />
