IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) OF FINAL DECREE. GEORGE P.JACKSON,DECEASED. Now on this 28 day of September,1927,this cause came on for hearing upon the final re- port of Anna E.Jackson,Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of George P.Jackson,deceased and upon her petition for settlement of said estate and her discharge herein,and the Court having examined said report and the records and files in said estate and being duly advised in the premises finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said final report as heretofore ordered by the Court and no one appearing to object to said-final report the Court axamined the same,together with the vouchers on file and the testimony in support thereof and being duly advised in the premises,the Court finds that said report is true-and correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Executrix. The Court further finds that said George P.Jackson departed this life on the 26th dev of June,1926,leaving a Last Will and Testament;that at'the time of his death he was a re- sident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska and that he died at his place of residence. The Court further finds that on the 6th day of July,1926,the said Anna E.Jackson filed in this Court her duly verified petition praying for the allowance and probate of an in- `i strument purporting to be the Last 'dill and Testament of George P.Jackson,deceased;that the Court thereupon fixed the 30th day of July,1926 as the date for making proof of said Last Will and Testament and due notice of the filing of said petition and of the time and place fixed for hearing thereon was given by the Court in the manner provided by law and on said date,July 30th,;926,said instrument was duly proven;allowed and admitted to probate in this Court as and for the Last Willand Testament of the said George P.Jackson and Letters a- mentary were duly issued thereon to Anna E.Jackson,Executrix,as named in said L Will and Testament and she thereupon duly qualified a such. The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Court of the filing of claims against said estate and that all claims filed have been paid and that the time so fixed for filing claims has fully expir6d and all parsons having claims against said estate,if any such there be and not filed herein, are forever barred and precluded from setting up or asserting any-such claims against said estate. The Court further finds that said Executrix has paid the inheritance tax due the State of Nebra.ska,and the inheritance tax due the United States Government. The Court further finds that the said George P.Jackson died seized as the owner in fee ii simple of the following described real estate: Lot Nine in Block 13 of Evans Addition to the City of Grand.Island,Hall County,Nebra.ska; Lot 5 in Block 14 of Packer & Barris Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebrasksll; Lots 3 and 4 in Block 13 of Lambert's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska; - )
