AID4 4 Egli UTUAR111 WILLLCERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT 38,,7 I,George P,Jackson of the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebra.ska,being of sound mind and memory and being mindful of the uncertainty of this mortal life do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament in words and figures following that is to say; �i First;I will and direct that all my debts,my funeral expenses and the expenses of administer-!, ing my estate be paid out of my personal property and if that be insufficient that no :ouch of my real estate as may be necessary for the above purposes be sold and the proceeds applied in completion of said purposes. Second; I give,devise and bequeath unto my daughter Georgia Pearl Jackson the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4,in Township 12,North of Rango 1,West of the 6th P.M.in York County,Nebraska,to have and to hold during her natural life or until her death and to enjoy the use,benefits and rents of the same so long as she shall live with no power or authority to convey said land or her interest therein or in any manner or to any extent en- cumber the same and I do hereby consttute and appoint and request the courts to honor and confirm this selection my wife,Anne E.Jackson,guardian of this devise to my daughter to handle,manage and rent it make the necessary collections and manage disburse and pay out the said moneys and retain any surplus thereof for the use and benefit of the said daughter,the surplus to be invested for and to belong to said daughter. In the event my wife dies before my said daughter the proper court shall appoint a suitable person as guardian with the auth- ority above stated this to be done if my wife shall become physically or mentally incompetent os incapable of performing the duties of guardian as aforesaid. At the death of my said daughter the above described land shall descend and I hereby give,devise and bequeath the same to her child or children if she leave any surviving her,shale and share alikse if not, then the said land to be divided among my other children share and share alike,the repre- sentatives of a deceased child or children to take and receive the share of the deceased one of my heirs if there are any.
