<br />The Court further finds that said deceased died the owner of an undivided one - fourth of
<br />the north half of the southeast quarter of Section One (1),in Township Eleven (11),North,
<br />Range Eleven West,in Hall County,Nebraska,and that under the terms and provisions ©f the last
<br />will and testament of said deceased,said real estate passed,by absolute title,to George F.
<br />Rollins,a son of said deceased,,

<br />Two (2),in Block Fifty -four (54) of the Original Town,now City,of Grand Island,in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,and that under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of said deceased
<br />said real estate passed,by absolute title,to Nina J.McElvain,a daughter of said deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that said deceased died the owner of the westerly one -third of Lo
<br />Two (2) in Block Fifty -four (54) of the Original Town,now City,of Grand Island,in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,and that under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of said de-
<br />ceased,the same passed,by absolute title,to Maud E.Rhodes,a daughter of said deceased.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the
<br />said Charles A.Rollins,as Executor of the last will and testanen.t of Frances H.Rdllins,decealed,
<br />be,and the same hereby is,in all things,allowed and approved as and for his final report,sa
<br />Executor is hereby discharged,and said estate settled and cloaed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims
