<br />WILL,CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />WILL.
<br />I,Frances H.Rollins of Grand Island,Nebraska,being of sound mind and disposing memory do
<br />make and publish this my last will and testament in the manner and form following;
<br />First.
<br />I direct that my just debts,if any,and the expenses attending my burial be first paid.
<br />Second.
<br />I direct that my executor,hereinafter named,pay to the city of Grand Island,Nebraska,the
<br />of one hundred dollars for the perpetual care of our burial lnt in the Grand Island Cemetery.1
<br />Third.
<br />I give,devise and bequeath to my son,George F.Roll.ins,my undivided one - fourth interest
<br />in the north half of the southeast Quarter of Section one in township eleven north of range
<br />eleven west in Hall County,Nebraska,and the sum of one thousand dollars in cash,to be paid
<br />him within nine months after my death.
<br />Fourth.
<br />I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,Nina J.McElvain,the center one -third of lot two
<br />in block 54 of the original town,now city,of Grand Island in Hall County,Nebraska,and the
<br />of Fifteen hundred dollars in cash to be paid to her within nine months after my death.
<br />Fifth.
<br />I give and bequeath to my daughter,Malid E.Rhodes,the westerly one -third of lot two in
<br />block fifty -four of the original town,now city,of Grand Island,in Hall County,Nebraska,and t
<br />sum of fifteen hundred dollars in cash to be paid to her within nine months after my death.
<br />Sixth.
<br />I give and bequeath to my son Charles A.Rollins the thirty -five (35) shares of the capit
<br />stock of the Dolan Fruit Company,a corporation,of Grand Island,owned by me,and fifteen
<br />hundred dollars in cash to be paid to him within nine months after my death.
<br />Seventh.
<br />I give and bequeath to my daughter,Mona G.Harber,the sum of three thousand dollars in cash
<br />the same to be paid to her within nine months after my death.
<br />Eighth.
<br />I give and bequeath to my children,George F.Rollins,Nina J.McElvain,Maud E.Rhodes,Charles

<br />and Mona G.Harber my household goods and wearing apparel,the same to be divided among my said
<br />children by my executor hereinafter named,as I have given him instructions as to certain
<br />articles which I desire certain of my children to have and the divisions as made by my said
<br />executor shall be conclusive and absolute and shall not be questioned by any of my children,
<br />his authority to the matter of the division of said house -hold goods and wearing apparel
<br />being conclusive and absolute.
<br />Ninth.
<br />My husband,Leavitt W.Rmllins,now deceased,having made provision in his last will and
<br />testament for our grandchildren,Harry R.S'tivers,Frank W.Stivers,and Helen E.Dennon,children
<br />of my deceased daughter,Bessie R.Stivers,I make no provision for them in this will,feeling
<br />that 1t is but justice that what property I have go to my own living children.
<br />Tenth.
<br />I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and remainder of my property of whatsoever)
