<br />and there remains nothing in her hands for distribution; that notice was given toall creditors
<br />j of said deceased of the time allowed and the place appointed for filing claims against said
<br />estate;that the time limited for filing claims has fully expired;that no claims have been
<br />filed or allowed against said estate and that all claims outstanding against said estate,if
<br />such there be,are forever barred and precluded.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of the said Administratrix
<br />be and the same hereby is approted and allowed as and for her final account.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all persons are forever barred,excluded
<br />and concluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the
<br />j said Mabel M.Bald,deceased and that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Mabel M.Bald,deceased,departed this life on the
<br />29th day of September,1926,being at the time a resident of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />and that she left surviving her as her only heirs- at- law,the following named;Edith H.Kierig,

<br />her mother of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,and Virgil Bald,her husband,of Hastings,
<br />I
<br />Adams County,Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the said deceased was,at the time of her death,the owner
<br />of the following described real estate situated in the County of Hall,State of Nebraska,
<br />to -wit: Lot Six (6) in Block Nine (9),Ashton Place,an addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County,Nebraska;that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska,the above
<br />described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Mabel M.Bald,deceased,
<br />in the following manner;To Edith H.Kierig-and Virgil Bald,each an undivided one -half interest
<br />therein absolutely,each as tenant in common with the other.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that the said real estate,to -wit:
<br />Lot Six (6) in Block Nine (9),Ashton Place, an addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall
<br />Count Nebraska did
<br />y, , pass and descend on the death of the said Mabel M.Bald,deceased,to the
<br />above mentioned Edith H.Kierig,mother of said deceased and to Virgil Bald,her husband,each
<br />an undivided one -half I interest therein absolutely as tenant in common with the other.
<br />The Court further finds that the said estate is not subject to inheritance tax under the
<br />laws of the State of Nebraska.
