Twelve (12) Nor th,Range Eleven (11),Weet of the 6th.P.M.,containing eighty (90) acres in Hall
<br />County,Nebraska,
<br />passed and descended by operation of the aforesaid will to Doris Spiehs,for her life,and the
<br />children,John Spiehs,Henry Spiehe,Julius Spiehs,Heinrich Spiehs,Johanna Shulligan,Catharina
<br />Wiggers and Dora Willman,in fee,and the same is hereby awarded to them and to their heirs and
<br />assigns forever.
<br />The court further finds that Doris Spiehs departed this life on the 25th.day of February,
<br />1927,and that said life estate has been,and is t erminated,and is no longer an incumbrance upoi
<br />the title to said premises.
<br />The court further finds that said Doris Spiehs received all of the personal property givenl1her
<br />in said will in accordance with the provisions thereof;that this estate is not subject to i
<br />itance tax,and that all costs therein have been paid.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all things herein.to be done have been
<br />done according to law;that all costs have been paid,and that said executrix be discharged and
<br />her bond released.

<br />Edith H.Kierig,Administratrix of the Estate of Mabel M.Bald,deceased,and it appearing to
<br />the Court from the proofs on file that notice of the filing of said report and of the time
<br />fixed for hearing thereon has been given to all persons interested in the manner required
<br />by law and the order of this Court and there being no objection or protest on file,the Court
