<br />Now on this 9th.day of September,19272this matter came on for hearing upon the final r
<br />of Dora M.Willman,executrix of the last will of the said Peter August Spiehs,deceased,and
<br />after due publication of notice in the Grand Island Herald,as by law provided,and the order
<br />of this court required.,and the court having examined said report and being fully advised in
<br />premises,finds that the same is in all respects correct,and the same ought to be,and hereby
<br />is approved and allowed.
<br />The court further finds that due notice by publication as by law and the orders of this
<br />court required,has been given to all persons interested in said estate as to the time fixed
<br />and the place appointed for filing claims against said estate,and that said time has fully
<br />expired,and that all claims filed against said estate have been paid in full,and that all
<br />claims not so filed,if any such there be,are forever barred and excluded.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all claims filed against said estate
<br />have been paid,and that any claims not so filed,if any such there be,be,and the same are
<br />forever barred and excluded and of no effect.
<br />The court further finds that Peter August Spiehs departed this life at his residence in
<br />County,on the llth.day of July,A.D.31907 testate,leaving surviving him, Doris Spiehs,his
<br />widow,and John Spiehs,Henry Spiehs,Julius Spiehs,Heinrich Spiehs,Johanna Shulligan,Catharinal
<br />Wiggers,and Dora Willman,his children,and that he was at the time of his death,the owner in
<br />fee of:
<br />The South Half of the Northeast Quarter (Sj NEJ) of Section Twenty -five (25),Township
<br />`twelve (12),North,Range Eleven (11),West of the 6th P.M.,containing eighty (SO) acres in
<br />Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />and that upon the death of the said Peter August Spiehs,said real estate was devised to his
<br />widow,Doris Spiehs,for and during the term of her natural life,and at her death,said premise
<br />descended to his children,to -wit:
