<br />s filed and allowed against said estate,and the costs of administration,have been fully
<br />paid; and
<br />IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all claims not filed against said estate are
<br />forever barred.
<br />S.That said Louisa K,Uden,executrix,submitted her account,and no one appearing to object
<br />thereto or contest the same,the Court finds that said account is just and true and should
<br />be and is hereby allowed and approved and ordered recorded as her final account.
<br />9.The:.Court further finds that said Bernhard F.Uden,deceased,left surviving himias his
<br />only heirs at law,devisees and legatees under the will and only persons interested in said
<br />estate,the following named persons,to wit:
<br />Louisa K.Uden,widow,Prosser,Nebraska;
<br />John F.Uden,son,Prosser,Nebraska;
<br />Martha Uden,daughter,Prosser,Nebraska;
<br />Anna Augustin ,daughter,Kenesaw,Nebraska;
<br />Irene Kroll ,daughter,Prosser,Nebraska;
<br />that said Bernhard F.Uden left no other childor children,nor the issue of any deceased
<br />child,him surviving;that all of the above named heirs are of legal age and past their majorit]
<br />1O.That Court further finds that the said Bernhard F.Uden died seized in fee of the foll-
<br />owing described real estate,towit :
<br />The southeast quarter of section four,town eight,north,range eleven west of the sixth
<br />principal meridian,in Adams County,Nebraska,and
<br />The Southwest quarter of section thirty three,town nine,north,range eleven west of the
<br />sixth principal meridian,in Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />that that no personal property remains in the hands of said exeoutrix,all subh personal pro -
<br />perty,other than that disposed of as shown by the final account of said executrix,passing
<br />to her in her individual capacity under the provisions of said will.
<br />ll.The Court further finds that,by the terms of said will,the said Louisa K.Uden,widow,
<br />is entitled to all of the personal property of said estate,and the same should accordingly
<br />be assigned to her.
<br />12.The Court further finds that by theterms of said will the said Louisa K.Uden,widow,
<br />is entitled to all of the said real estate, to wit:
<br />The southeast quarter of section four,town eight,north,range eleven west of the sixth
<br />principal meridian,in Adams County,Nebraska,and
<br />The southwest quarter of section thirty three town nine,north,range eleven west of the
<br />sixth principal meridian,in Hall County,Nebraska, in fee,

<br />13. The Court further finds that no inheritance tax is payable in said estate,and that
<br />r,
<br />the total value of said estate is such that it is not subject to the payment of a federal
<br />estate tax.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court,that all of the real ?:
<br />estate described herein,to wit:
<br />The southeast quarter of section four,town eight,north,range eleven west of the sixth
<br />principal meridian,in Adams County,Nebraska,and
<br />The southwest quarter of section thirty three,town nine,north,range eleven west of the
<br />sixth principal meridian,in Hall county,Nebraska,
<br />be and the same is hereby assigned to the said Louisa K.Uden,in fee,to her and her heirs
<br />forever
<br />,in accordance with the terms of said last will and testament of Bernhard F.Uden,
<br />deceased.
<br />Further,that all of the personal property of said estate be and the same is hereby assigned
<br />to the said Louisa K.Uden.
