<br />I direct that all of my just debts,the expbnses of my last sickness,and my funeral expense
<br />be paid out of my personal property.
<br />I give,devise and bequeath unto my wife,Luise K.Uden,all of my estate,of every name and
<br />nature,both real and personal,and wherever situated,including the southeast quarter of sectio
<br />four,in town eight,ncr th,rangeeleven west of the eixth principal seridian,in Adams County,
<br />Nebraska,and the southwest quarter of section thirtythree,in town nine,north,range elven west'
<br />of the sixth principal meridian,in Hall County,tebraska.
<br />I name and appoint my wife,Luise K.Uden,to be the executrix of this my last will and testa
<br />ment,and direct that no bond be required of her.
<br />In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty eighth day of September,in the
<br />year nineteen hundred and fourteen.

<br />K.Uden;, and that on the 9th day of May,1927,the said Louisa K.Uden duly qualified as such exe-
<br />cutrix by taking and filing oath and filing bond as directed by the Court,and then became,eve
<br />since has been and n6w is the duly appointed,qualified and acting executrix of said will.
<br />6.That on the 9th day of May,1927,an order was duly entered by the Court fixing the 11th
<br />day of June,1927,and the 12th day of September,1927,at 10 o'clock A.M.,at the County Court Ro
<br />in said County,as the time and place for hearing,adjustment and allowance of claims against
<br />said estate,and that all claims not filed on or before September 12th,1927,should be forever
<br />barred,and directing that notice thereof be given by publication in The Hastings Daily Tribunj
<br />for four successive weeks prior to June llth,1927;that thereupon such notice to creditors wash
<br />duly given and published as required by law and in compliance with the order of this Court.
