<br />"I,William Rohrberg,hereby certify that my father Hans Rohrberg,in Segeberg,Holste4a,
<br />Gfermany,or Aunt Moeller .rin Segeberg,Holstein,Gfermany,in the event that one of them Survive
<br />me,shall inherit $600.00 of my money;of the balance,my sister's daughter e71all.have $300.00.
<br />The real estate,as well as the rest of my money shall be inherited,by my daughter Elizabeth
<br />Rohrberg.

<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDMD,ADJUDGEH AND D ECREED,that the final report of the Administrator
<br />with the Will annexed be,and the same is hereby approved and allowed;ind that Lot Seven (7)
<br />in Block Three (3),in South grand Island,being a part of the Northwest Quarter (NWi ) of
<br />Section Twenty -Two (22),Township Eleven (11) North,Range Nine (9),West of the 6th P.M.,passed
<br />and descended by operation of the aforesaid will to Elizabeth Rohrberg,now Olbert,in fee,
<br />and the same is hereby awarded to her,and to her heirs and assigns forever.
<br />The Court further finds that Hans Rohrberg and Aunt Moeller predeceased the said William
<br />A.H.Rohrberg,and also that Ruth Young is the one and only daughter of Mrs.Minnie Young,the
<br />sister of the testator,and that the said Ruth Young is the identical person named as legatee
<br />lin,aforesaid will,and that said legacy of $300.00 has been paid to the said Ruth You"#14
<br />accordance With the provisions of the aforesaid will.
<br />The Court further finds that all of the personal property of the deceased has been proper
<br />distributed;and that the estate is not subject to inheritance tax ;and further,that all costs
<br />herein have been paid,and that said estate is hereby elosed,the Administrator discharged and
<br />bond released.
