<br />Rohrberg,deoeased,after due publication of notice,as by law and the order of this Court re--
<br />quired,and the Court having examined said report,and being fully advised in the premises,
<br />finds that the same is all respects is correct,and the same cughtto be sad hereby is approvedj'

<br />The Court further finds that due notice by publication as by law and the orders of this ii

<br />Court required has been given to all persons interested in said estate as to the time fixed j

<br />The Court further finds that William A.H.Rohrberg departed this life on the 16th.day of
<br />March,1926,a widower,while a resident and inhabitant of Hall Oounty,Nebraska,and that he
<br />died testate,leaving surviving him,Ruth Young,the daughter of his sister,Mrs.Miunie Young,
<br />and Elizabeth Rohrberg,now Olbert,his daughter,and that at the time of his death,said Will -
<br />iam A.H.Eohrberg; was the owner in fee oft
<br />Lot Seven (7) in Block Three (3) in South Grand Island,being a part of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (NWk) of Section Twenty -two (22), Towndiip Eleven (11) North,Range Nine (9),West
<br />of the 6th,'P.M.,Hall County, Nebraska, and that upon the death of said William A.H.Rohrberg,
<br />said real estate was devised to Elizabeth Rohrberg,now Olbert,in accordance with a will left
