J ��6 <br />f 41�, r�-.J <br />W11-1-1 A-VID DIRVE-312MEVIVE-11 <br />_. 1 -STATE JOURNAL COMPANY LINCOLN NEB , <br />FINAL DECREE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA, <br />In the matter of the estate <br />of Adeline R.Colb , FINAL DECREE. <br />eceased. <br />Yow,on this 8th day of June.19271this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of <br />I <br />Fames E.Dill,as administrator of the estate of Adeline R.Colby,deceased,and upon his getition <br />for the settlement of said estate and his discharge herein,and the Court having examined the <br />records and files and being fully advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has <br />been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for a hearing <br />upon said report and petition,as heretofore ordered by the Court,and no one appearing to ob- <br />ject to said report,and the Court having examined the same,together with the vouchers on file <br />finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that the sAme ought to be appro <br />and allowed as and for the ginal report of said administrator,said estate settled and closed <br />and said administrator discharged. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the <br />time and place fixed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased and that the time <br />so fixed has fully expired,and that all persons having claims against said estate,if any suo <br />there be,and not filed within the time limited by the Court,are forever barred and excluded <br />setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. <br />The Court further finds that said Adeline R.Colby was sometimes known as Addline R.Colby, <br />and sometimes as Adda R.Colby;that she was a widow at the time of her death,and that she left <br />surviving her,as her heirs at law and her only heirs at law,Celia Campbell (now Celia Kau <br />and Elizabeth Blake,her daughters,and John Colby,Oharles S.Colby,Guy T.Colby,Worthy Colby, <br />0I6ver Colby,her sons. <br />The Court further finds that the said Adeline R.Colby died seized as the owner,by fee <br />simple title of Fractional Lots Six (6) and seven (7) in Block Nineteen (19) in Fairview Par <br />Addition to Grand Island,Nebraska,and their complements,Fractional Lots Five (5) and Six (6) <br />in Block Twelve (12).in H.G.Clark's Addition to Grand Island,Nebraska,and that upon the <br />death of the said Adeline R. Colby,said real estate passed and descended,under the intestate <br />laws in force at the time of the death of the said Adeline R.Colby,to said Celia Campbell <br />(now Celia Kaufmann),Elizabeth Blake,John Oolby,Oharles S.Oolby,Guy T.Oolby,Worthy Colby,and <br />Glover Colby,sons and daughters of said deoeased,by absolute title,share and share alike. <br />The Court further finds that said Administrator has paid the funeral expenses of said <br />deceased,the debts allowed against said estate,and the costs of this proceeding,and that <br />nothing further remains in his possession belonging, to said estate,and that said estate is <br />not subject to an inheritance tax under the laws of the state of Nebraska,or to a Federal estate <br />tax under the laws of the United States,and said administrator is hereby discharged and his <br />bond as such released. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the sai <br />games T.Dill as administrator,,cf the estate of the said Adeline R.Colby,be,and the same here: <br />is,in all things,approved and allowed as and for his final report,said estate is hereby settlo d <br />and closed and said administrator discharged and his bond as such released. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims <br />against the estate of the said Adeline R.Colby,deceased,if an�Z such there be,are forever <br />if <br />barred <br />,excluded enjoined drom setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate <br />' 1 <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY-THE COURT that upon the death of the said <br />j Adeline R.Oolby,the real estate hereinbefore described passed and described,under the intesta e <br />
