<br />Schwab and Lola Schwab,the remaining undivided one -sixth (1/6) interest in equal shares in
<br />fee,and the same is hereby awarded to them and to their heirs and assignsforever.
<br />The Court further finds that all of the personal property of the deceased has been pro-
<br />perly distributed;and that the estate is not subject to inheritance taxes,and further that
