<br />appointed m friend John Woelz of Grand Island,Nebraska,executor of this will,and directE

<br />that no bond or security of any kind beazked or required of him.
<br />In a former will by made made,I gave a sum of money to Charity,but as I have paid,during
<br />my life time,the legacies contemplated in that will,I make no provision for Charity in this w 11.
<br />After the payment of my debts,expense of my last illness,and of my burial,an d the expense
<br />of probating this will,and administering upon my estate,all of the rest,residue and remainder
<br />of my estate,be the same real estate of personal property,I give,devise and bequeath to my
<br />children,and to their heirs forever,share and share alike,that is to say: One -sixth (1/6) to
<br />son Samuel F.Urwiller,one -sixth (1/6) to my son Jacob F.Urwiller,one -sixth (1/6) to my son
<br />Henry Urwiller,one -sixth (1/6) to my daughter Sophie Fuehrer,one -sixth (1/6) to my daughter
<br />Mary Sc #wab,and one -sixth (1/6) to my daughter May Rembolt.
<br />Done at Grand Island,Nebraska,this 25th.day of April,A.D.1917.
