<br />t IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE MATTER, OF THE ESTATE
<br />OF DECREE.
<br />JACOB URWILLER,DECEASED.
<br />Now on this Sth.day of September,1927,this matter came on for hearing upon the final
<br />report of John Woelz,Executor of the Estate of Jacob Urwiller,deceased,adter due publi-
<br />cation of notice as by law and the orders of this Court required and the Court having exam-
<br />ined said report and being fully advised in the premises,finds that the sam bin all respects
<br />correct,and the same ought to be and hereby is approved and allowed.
<br />The Court further finds that due notice by publication,as by law and the orders of this
<br />court required,has been given to all persons interested in said estate as to the time fixed
<br />and place ap;ointed for filing claims against said Estate and that said time has fully
<br />expired and that all claims filed against said Estate have been paid in full and that all
<br />claims not so filed,if any such there be,are forever barred and §xcluded.
<br />The Court further finds that Jacob Urwiller,departed this life on the 7th.day of January,
<br />1927,a widower,while a resident and.inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,and that he died
<br />testate,leaving surviving him,Stphie Fuehrer and May Rembolt,his daughters,and also Samuel
<br />F.Urwiller,Jacob F.Urwiller,Henry Urwiller,his sons,and Harvey Schwab,Ethel Schwab,and Lola
<br />Schwab ,his grandchildren,who are the children of Mary Schwab,the daughter of Jacob Urwiller,
<br />but who pre - deceased the said.testator,and that at the time of his death,said Jacob Uriviller,
<br />was the owner in fee of:
