<br />,CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />I,Edwin A.Searson,of the city of Omaha,County of Douglas,and State of Nebraska,being of
<br />38�/
<br />sound mind and memory,and knowing the uncertainty of life,do hereby make,publish and declare
<br />this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former wills by meat any time made
<br />FIRST :It is my desire that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid.
<br />SECOND: I will,devise and bequeath unto my beloved daughter,Marguerite Dallas Lavender,
<br />the sum of Fifty Dollars ($70.00) in cash.
<br />THIRD: I will,devise and bequeath unto my beloved daughter,Irene Edwina Searson,the sum
<br />of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) in cash.
<br />FOURTH: All the rest,residue and remainder of my property of which I shall die possessed,
<br />whether real,personal or mixed,I will,devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife,Lola D.Searson
<br />FIFTH :I hereby appoint my said wife,Lola D.Searson,Executrix of my estate,and ask that she
<br />be allowed to serve without bond.

<br />ally appeared the above named Edwin A.Searson,who in our presence signed the foregoing inst
<br />ment and declared the same to be his Last Will and Testament.And we,at his r equest,and in his
<br />presence and in the presence of each other hereby signed our names as attesting witnesses.

<br />DECREE ON FINAL ACCOUNT.
<br />Now.,on this 6th day of September 1927,this cause coming on to be heard on the petition
<br />of Lola D.Searson,Executrix for a final settlement of the estate of Edwin A.Searson deceased,
<br />on the final administration account of the estate of said estate,and the evidence was sub-
<br />witted to the Court,on consideration whereof the Court finds:
<br />That,on the 18th day of August 1927,Lola D.Searson,Executrix of the estate of Edwin A.
<br />Searson deceas4d,filed in this Court her final administration account as such executrix,and

<br />a petition praying that the said account be settled and allowed,that said estate be die -
<br />tributed as required by law,that she be discharged from her trust as such executrix,and that
<br />for these purposes a time and place be assigned for hearing said petition,and examining
<br />and settling said account,and that such notice be given thereof as the law directs.
<br />That,on the 18th day of August 1927,an order of this Court was made assigning the 6th day

<br />of September 1927,at 9 o'clock A.M.,at the County Court Room bf Douglas County,Nebraska,as t

<br />time and place for hearing said petition and examining and settling said -account,and requir-
<br />ing that notice of said hearing be given to all persons interested by publishing a notice

<br />thereof in the Daily Record,a newspaper print4d and in general circulation in sd d county,

<br />for two successive weeks prior to the said day of hearing
<br />T,notice of the hearing has been duly given as required by the order of this Court.
