<br />�! Rader,deceased,said real estate hereinabove described,passed and descended to Mary E.Rader,no
<br />Mary E.Royse and Alice Rader,share and share alike,and that said personal property passed and
<br />descended as follows,the one thousand dollar note and mortgage given by Samuel H.Rader,to her
<br />to Samuel H.Rader;the piano to Mary E.Rader,now Mary E.Royse;the sewing machine to Alice Rade
<br />and all the rest and residue of said personal property to Mary E.Rader and Alice Rader,share
<br />and share alike.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax;that said
<br />Executor has paid all of the funeral expenses and debts of the deceased and cost of admin-
<br />istration and that said estate ought to be closed and said Executor discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the tiix
<br />and place fixed for filing claims against said estate of the said Ella Agnes Rader,deceased,
<br />and that the time so fixed has fully expired and that all persons having claims against said
<br />estate,if any such there be,and not filed herein are forever barred and excluded from settinE
<br />up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS ,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED,AND D ECREED,BY THE COURT,that the final report of the
<br />said M.J.Ryan,Executor of the laat will of Ella Agnes Rader,deceased,be,and the same is here
<br />approved and allowed as and for his final report and that said Executor is hereby discharged
<br />his bond released,and said estate is hereby settled and closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AN_ DECREED by the Court that all persons having claims
<br />against the estate of Ella Agnes Rader, de ceased, if any such there be,are forever barred and
<br />enjoined from settin up or asserting any claim against said estate.

<br />Northwest corner of Lot 6 in Block B of the first addition to the Town of Wood River,Nebraska
