<br />Grand Island,in said County,on the 6 day of October A.D.,1926.

<br />I,J.H.Mullin,Judge of the County Court in and for said County,do hereby certify that on
<br />the 14 day of September 1926,the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament
<br />of Ella Agnes Rader,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 6 day of
<br />October 1926,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved;pr obated
<br />and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Ella
<br />Agnes Rader,deceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court
<br />aforesaid.

<br />Ella Agnes Rader,
<br />Deceased.
<br />Now on this 1st day of garch,1927,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of M.J.Ryan,Executor of the last will of Ella Agnes Rader,deceased,and the Court having
<br />examined the records and files and being fully advised in the premises finds that due and
<br />legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place
<br />fixed for the hearing upon said report,as hereinbefore ordered by this court;
<br />And the Court having examined the final report,together with all other files and the
<br />testimony offered in support thereof,find that said report is true and correct in all things
<br />and should be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said Executor;
<br />' The Court further finds that Ella Agnes Rader,Deceased departed this life at her resi-
<br />dence in Hall County,Nebraska,on the 11 day of September,1926,and that her last will was
<br />duly proven and allowed and admitted to probate in this Court on the 6 day of October,
<br />1926,and that said M.J.Ryan was appointed and duly qualified as Executor thereunder.
<br />The Court further finds that Ella Agnes Rader,deceased,left surviving her,three children,
<br />towit,Samuel H.Rader,Mary E.Rader,now Mary E.Royse,and Alice Rader.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Ella Agnes Rader,deceased,died seized in fee simple
<br />title of the following described real estate,towit; Part of the Southwest Quarter of the
<br />Northwest Quarter of Section 19,township ten,north,range ll,west of the 6 P.M.,more particul-
<br />arly described as follows,beginning at a point four feet west of the North west corner of
<br />Lot 6 in Block B.of the first addition to the town of Wood River,Nebraska,thence West one
<br />hundred feet to a point on the East line of the county road which run north along the west
<br />line of said section 19,thence South along said East line of said Countig road one hundred
<br />forty feet,thence east one hundred feet to a point four feet west of the South west corner
<br />of said lot 6,thence North one hundred forty feet to the place of beginning.
<br />and that she was possessed of personal property of the amount and value of $2861.35.
<br />The Court further finds that under and by virtue of said last will of the said Ella Agrres
