<br />I,Ella Agnes Rader,of Wood River,in the County of Hall,State of Nebraska,heing of sound mind
<br />and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life,do therefore
<br />ordain publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST,I order and direct that my Execut... hereinafter named,pay all my just debts and
<br />funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND,After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts,I give,devise and bequeath
<br />to my son Samuel H.Rader the sum of One thousand Dollars which has been given to him and is
<br />evidenced by a mortgage held by me against his land in'Cameron Twp. (the NEB} of the NWJ Secll3
<br />tp 11 N R.12 W of 6th P.M.
<br />Third,To my daughter,Mary E.Rader,I give my piano.
<br />Fourth,To my daughter,Alice Rader,I give my Singer sewing machine.
<br />Fifth,To my daughters Mary E.Rader and Alice Rader,I give the remainder of my property,
<br />real,personal and mixed to be divided equally,and if either of the tvo named in this fith
<br />clause shall die before the taking effect of this will the surviving one shall inherit the
<br />deceased ones share.
<br />LASTLY,I make,cons.titute and appoint my cousin,M.J.Ryan to be Executor of this my last
<br />Will and Testament,hereby Revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,the 19th day of
<br />June,in the year of our Lord,one thousand nine hundred 1924.
