<br />Last Will and Testament of Christopher Langan.
<br />I,Christopher Langin,of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,being of sound mine and disposing
<br />memory do make and publish this:my last will and testa'mmt,by it revoking all former wills
<br />by me made.
<br />First.
<br />I direct that my Executor,hereinafter named,pay all of my just debts,including the expense
<br />of my last sickness and death and the costs and expenses of probating this will and administ
<br />ing my estate,as soon after my death as can be conveniently arranged,same to be paid from my
<br />personal property.
<br />Second.
<br />I give and devise to my sister,Mary Langin,The West One -half (WJ) of Lot One (1) in Block
<br />Eighty -five (85) in the Original Town,now city, of Grand Island,Nebraska,with all the buildin
<br />and improver#ents thereon,for and during the term of her natural life,she to have all the
<br />rents and profits therefrom during her said life time and she to be required to pay all taxes
<br />l�
<br />and assessments levied against said premises during such estate and to keep the buildings the]
<br />insured against loss by fire and tornado during said life estate.At the termination of said 11
<br />estate herein devised to my said sister,Mary Langin,I give and devise the remainder of said
<br />West f of Lot 1 in Block 95 of the Original Town,now city of Grand Island,Nebraska,to my
<br />nepbew,Francis C.Stewart,of Grand Island,Nebraska,to be by him held absolutely in fee simple.j
<br />Third.
<br />I give and devise to my nieees,Lula Finney and Mary Finney,of Omaha,Douglas County,Nebra
<br />the following described real estate situated in Omaha,Douglas Count y, Nebraska, t o-wit: Lots
<br />40-60 & 61 in Redman Sub - division to the City of Omaha,Nebraska,each of said nieces to take
<br />an un- divided one -half interest in said real estate and same to be held by them absolutely
<br />as co-tenants.

<br />named,convert all notes ,mortgages,bonds,securities and other personal property belonging to ml

<br />lot. To my nephew Frencis C.Stewart,of Grand Island,Nebraska the sum of Four thousand Dollars
<br />($4000.00) in cash.
<br />2nd.To my niece,Uertrude OtBrien,of Grand Island,Nebraska,the sum of Four hundred Dollars
