<br />barred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Will-
<br />iam C.Sothman,Deceased,and that such estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said Administratrix has received in cash from all sources the
<br />sum of $11,025.00. That after paying all bills allowed against said estate,including funeral
<br />expenses,bills owing by the deceased at the time of his death,including a mortgage on the
<br />home place of said deceased,and also including funeral expenses,court costs,attorneys fees
<br />and incidental expenses connected with the closing of said estate,there Was left the sum
<br />of $5,675.70 for distribution among the heirs- at- law.That there has been paid to Alice Soth-
<br />man,widow of said deceased,the sum of $2,591.90 an d there has been paid to Alice Sothman
<br />Guardian of Marie Helen Sothman and William Harding Sothman,children of said deeeased,the sum
<br />of $5,70.90and the said Alice Sothman individually and as Guardian of said minors has re-
<br />ceipted to said Administratrix in full for all demands due to her individually and as such
<br />Guardian from the personal property of said deceased and the entire sum that has come into
<br />the hands of said Administratrix,to -wit: #11,025.00 has been paid out by her and there is
<br />nothing left in her hands for distribution and she has accounted for all sums that has come
<br />into her hands.
<br />The Court finds that said estate is not subject to any Inheritance Tax under the laws of
<br />the State of Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that the said William C.Sothman,departed this life on the 6" day of Aug-
<br />ust,1921,in Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,and that he died intestate.
<br />That the said William C.Sothman,deceased,left surviving him as his heirs -at -law and
<br />his only heirs -at -law the following named persons:
<br />Alice Sothman,widow of said deceased of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />Marie Helen Sothman,a daughter of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />William Harding Sothman,a son of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that the said William C.Sothman,died,seized as the owner in fee simple,
<br />of the following described real estate situated in Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />Lots Three (3) and Four (4) in Block Twelve (12) in Arnold & Abbott's Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska. I�
<br />That the above described premises was the home of the deceased with his family at the li
<br />time of his death and at the present time is the home of said widow and said minor children.
<br />j That under the law of descent in the State of Nebraska the said above described real ;{
<br />estate did pass and descend at the death of the said William C.Sothman,deceased,in the }
<br />manner following:
<br />To Alice Sothman,Marie Helen Sothman and William Harding Sothman,each a one -third part,
<br />absolutely,as tenants in common,subject to the homestead rights of the said Alice Sothman,
<br />widow of said deceased.

<br />It is,therefore,considered and adjudged by the Court that the said Lots Three (3) and
<br />Four (4) in Block Twelve (12) in Arnold & Abbott's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall
<br />County,tebraska,did pass and descend,an the death of the said William C.Sothman,Deceased,
<br />to Alice Sothman,Marie Helen Sothman and William Harding Sothman,share and share alike, i
