<br />Four (4) in Block Seven (7) in the Village of Doniphan,Nebraska;that under the law of descent
<br />in the state of Nebraska the above described real estate did pass and descend,at the death of
<br />the said Jane McMullin,deceased,in the manner following: To Richard L.Momullin,Elizabeth Doan
<br />and Anna McMullin,each an one -third part thereof absaolutely,and all as tenants in common.
<br />IT,IS,THEREFORE,CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that Lots 3 and 4 in Bibck 7,in the
<br />Village of Doniphan, Nebraska, did pass and descend,on the death of the said Jane McMullin,to
<br />Richard L.MeMullin,Elizabeth Doan,and Anna McMullin,share and share alike,each taking an
<br />undivided one -third interest thereof in fee simple,and all taking as tenants in common.

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In the Matter of the Estate of
<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />William C.Sothman,Deceased.
<br />Now on this 28 day of April,1923',this cause came on for hearing on the final report of Alice
<br />Sothman,Administratrix of the Estate of William C.Sothman,deceased,and it appearing to the C
<br />from the proofs on file that notice has been given to all parties interested,as by law requi
<br />of the filing of said report and it further appearing to the Court after a full examination
<br />that the account exhibited by said Administtatrix is correct in all things and ought to be
<br />approved and allowed and it further appearing that said Administratrix has accounted for all
<br />of said estate which has come into her hands,
<br />It is ,therefore,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of the said Alice Sothman,
<br />Administratrix of the estate of said William C.Sothman,deceased,be and the same is approved
<br />as and for her Final Report.
<br />The Court further finds that notice has been given to all creditors of said estate in the
<br />manner provided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate
<br />of said deceased;that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired;that all claims
<br />filed and allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied;that the funeral
<br />expenses of said deceased and the costs of administering said estate have been fully paid an

<br />that all outstanding claims against said estate not filed,if any such there be,are forever
<br />barred and excluded.
