<br />FINAL DECREE
<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate of
<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />Jane McMullin,Deceased.
<br />Now,on this 29th day of March,1924,this cause came on for hearing on the final report of
<br />Richard L.McMullin,Administrator of the estate of Jane McMullin,deceased,and it appearing to
<br />the Court from the proofs on file that notice has been given to all persons interested as by
<br />law and by order of this Court required,of the filing of said report,and it further appear-
<br />ing to the Court,after a full examination,that the account exhibited by the said administra-
<br />for is correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed,and it further appearing
<br />that said administrator has acoounted for all of the estate which has come into his hands.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of the said Richard L.MeMull141
<br />administrator of the estate of Jane McMullin,deceased,be,and the same hereby is,approved
<br />as and for his final report.
<br />The Court finds that notice has been given to all creditors of said estate in the manner
<br />provided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of the
<br />deceased,that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired,that all claims filed and
<br />allowed against said estate hate been fully paid and satisfied, that the funeral expenses
<br />of said deceased and the costs of administering said estate have been fully paid and that
<br />all outston.ding claims against said estate,not filed,if any such there be,are forever barred
<br />and a xcluded.

<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever
<br />barred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Jane
<br />-KcMullin,deceased,and that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that during the administration of said estate certain personal property
<br />came into the possession of the administrator and certain cash was collected by said admin-
<br />i istrator;that all of said personal property has been disposed of or accounted for and that
<br />after the payment of bills allowed against said estate consisting of funeral expenses,court
<br />costs,and attorneys' fees,there was a balance left for distribution among the heirs at law
<br />in a sum sufficient to pay to the heirs at law as their distributive shares the following:
<br />To Elizabeth Doan the sum of $1295.15
<br />To Richard L.McMullin,guardian of Anna Mc-
<br />Mullin,a mental incompetent, 1295.15
<br />To Richard L.MoMullin,his distributive share, 1295.1
<br />That said administrator has paid to each of the heirs the distributive shares of the
<br />balance remaining after the payment of bills and expenses asabove mentioned,and that there
<br />remains in his hands nothing for distribution.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREE that the action of the administrator in so
<br />making distribution of the residue remaining in his hands after the payment of bills and
<br />expenses,be,and hereby is,approved.
<br />The Court finds that said estate is not subject to an inheritance tax under the laws of
<br />the state of Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Jane McMullin departed this life at her home in
<br />Doniphan,Nebraska,on the 13th day of December,1922,and that she died intestate,that the said
<br />Jane McMullin,deceased,left surviving her,as her sole and only heirs at law,the following
<br />named persons: Richard L.gcMullin,a son,of Doniphan,Nebraska,Elizabeth Doan,a daughter,of
<br />Doniphan,Nebra.ska,and Anna McMullin,a daughter,of Hastings,Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that said Jane McMullin,died seized as the owner in fee simple of the
<br />following described real estate situated in Hall County,Nebraska,to -wit:. Lots Three (3) and
