<br />estate in addition to her said life estate.
<br />The said Lot Two in Block Twentynine of the original town,of Grand Island,Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,to Lucy Zeiner,widow, and Wilbur Zeiner and Harry Zeiner,sons of said decea,sed,share
<br />and share alike,each taking an undivided one -third interest therein absolutely and all as
<br />tenants in common.
<br />It is,therefore,considered by the Court that under the terms and provisions of the last
<br />Will and Testament of the said Adolph Zeiner,deceased,all of the above mentioned real estate
<br />dial descend at his death in the manner following:
<br />Said Lot Eight (B) in Block Seventy (70) of the original town,now city,of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska,to Lucy Zeiner,widow of said deceased,for and during khe term of her natural life,
<br />she to have the use and possession of said real estate during her said life time subject to he
<br />conditions that she pay all taxes levied and assessed against said premises,keep the same in-
<br />sured for a reasonable amount against fire and tornado,keep the sate in a reasonably fit state
<br />of repair and that she furnish a home for Wilbur Zeiner and Harry Zeiner,minor sons of said
<br />deceased,during their minority and so long as said minor sons shall,during their minority,rem in
<br />stUle and be engaged in some manner as will make their residence with said Lucy Zeiner conve*
<br />lent and expedient.On the death of said Lucy Zeiner the remainder of said above described rea
<br />estate to pass to Wilbur Zeiner and Harry Zeiner,share and share alike as tenants in common.
<br />In the event that either of said sons shall d.e prior to the death of said Lucy Zeiner,the
<br />remaining son to take the entire remaining interest in the entire premises above described,
<br />and in the event that both of said sons shall die before they have reached their majority and
<br />prior to the death of said Lucy Zeiner then the said Lucy Zeiner to take the entire remainder
<br />interest in said real estate in addition to her said life estate.
<br />Said Lot Two (2) in Block Twentynine (29) of the original town,now city of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County,Nebraska,to Lucy Zeiner,widow of said deceased,and Wilbur Zeiner and Harry Zeiner

<br />MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF ADOLPH ZEINER,DECEASED.with the original record thereof,now remaining
<br />in said Court,that the same is a correct transcript thereof,and of the whole of such original
<br />record;that said Court is a Court of hecord having a seal,which seal is hereto attached that
<br />said Court has no Clerk authroized to sign certificates in his own name,and that I am the
<br />legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court,and that the foregoing attestation .
<br />is in due for of law.
