<br />ided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate
<br />of said deceased;that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired;that all claims
<br />filed and allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied;that the funeral
<br />expenses of said deceased and the costs of administering said estate have been fully paid
<br />and that all outstanding claims against said estate,not filed,if any such there be,are
<br />forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is,therefore,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever
<br />barred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Adolph
<br />Zeiner,deceased,and that such estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Executor has received in cash from all sources the
<br />sum of $7,994.07 and that he paid out in the course of the administration of said estate the
<br />sum of $2,449.87,leaving in his hands,at the time of his preliminary report to this Court,
<br />the sum of $5,53+.20.
<br />The Court further finds that there had come into said Executor's possession in addition
<br />to said above mentioned cash,certain securities as listed in said Preliminary report in the
<br />sum of $8,574.25. That said $553+.20 in cash and said $9,57+.25 in securities has been dis-
<br />tributed to the heirs —at —law and legatees as by the terms of said last Will and Testament
<br />provided and that Lucy Zeiner,widow of said deceased and legatee has receipted for her dis-
<br />tributive share and that Jacob Brandt,as Guardian of Wilbur Zeiner and Harry Zeiner,minors,
<br />has receipted for the distributive share of such minors and that all of said cashand secur-
<br />ities so coming into the hands of said Executor have been distributed as by order of this
<br />Court heretofore entered and in compliance with the :terms of said last Will and Testament,
<br />The Court finds that said estate is not subject to any Inheritance Tax under the law of
<br />the Mate of Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that the said Adolph Zeiner departed this life on the 21" day of April,
<br />1922,leaving a last Will and Testament which was-admitted to probate on the 2" day of June,
<br />1922.
<br />The Court finds that the said Adolph Zeiner died,seized as the owner in fee simple of the
<br />following described real estate situated in Hall County,Nebraska,to —wit:
<br />Lot Eight (8) in Block seventy (70) of the Original Town,now City,of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />Lot Two (2) in Block Twentynine (29) of the Original Town,now city,of Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br />That by the provisions of the last Will and Testament of the said Adolph Zeiner,deceased,
<br />said real estate,of which he died seized,passed,on his death in the manner following:
<br />The said Lot Eight (s) in Block seventy (70 of the original town,now city,of Grand Island,
<br />- ►ebraska,to Lucy Zeiner,widow of said deceased,for and dur14 -the term of her natural life,
<br />she to have theuse and possession of said real estate during her said life time,subject
<br />to the conditions that she pay all taxes levied and assessed against said premises,keep the
<br />same insured for a reasonable amount against fire andtornado,keep the same in a rea'sanably
<br />fit state of repair,and that she furnish a home for the two minor sons of said deceased,
<br />viz: Wilbur Zeiner and Harry Zeiner,during their minority so long as during their minority
<br />they remain single and be engaged in some manner as will make their residence with said Lucy
<br />Zeiner convenietat and expedient.At the death of said Lucy Zeiner said real estate to pass
<br />and descend to the said Wilbur Zeiner and Harry Zeiner,share and share alike,as tenants in
<br />common.In the event that either of said sons shall die prior to the death of said Lucy Zeiner,
<br />-
<br />widow,the remaining son to take the entire remainder interest in the entire premises and in th�
<br />event that both of said sons shall die before they have reached their majority and prior to
<br />the death of the said Lucy Zeiner,tnen the said Lucy Zeiner to take the remainder of said real,
