<br />I WILL,CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />LASTWILL AND TESTAMENT OF ADOLPH ZEINER.
<br />I,Adolph Zeiner of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,being of sound mind and disposing
<br />memory,do make and publish this,my last will and testament,by it revoking all former wills
<br />by me made.
<br />First.
<br />I direct that my Executor,hereinafter named,pay all of my just debts,incl uding the ex-
<br />penses of my last sickness and death and the costs of probating thie�my last will and testa-
<br />went and the expenses of administering my estate from diy personal property as soon after my
<br />death as can be conveniently arranged.
<br />Second.
<br />On my death,I give and devise to my beloved wife Lucy Zeiner,our home place at No.424
<br />on Bast Second Street in the City of Grand Island,Nebraska,described as follows,to -wit:
<br />Lot 9 in Block 70 of Original town of Grand Island,Nebr,for and during the term of her
<br />natural life,she to have the use and possession of said real estate during her said lifetime
<br />subject to the following conditions;
<br />1st.That she pay all taxes levied and assessed against said premises,keep the same insured
<br />for a reasonable amount against fire and tornado and that she keep same in a reasonably fit
<br />state of repair.
<br />2d.That she also furnish a home for my two minor sons,Wilbur Zeiner and Harry Zeiner,during
<br />their minority so long as my said minor sons shall during their minority remain single and
<br />be engaged in some manner as will make their residence with my said wife convenieixt and ex-
<br />pedient.
<br />At the d eatll of my said wife,I give and devise the remainder of said described real estate
<br />to my said sons,Wilbur Zeiner and Larry Zeiner,share and share alike to be by them held as
<br />tenants in common.
<br />In the event that either of my said sons shall die prior to the death of my said wife,I
<br />direct that the remaining son shall take the remaining interest in the entire premises above
<br />described,but should both of my said sons di:.e before they have reached their majority and
<br />prior to the death of my said wife,then I direct that my said wife shall take the remainder
<br />of said real estate in addition to her said life estate.
<br />Third.
<br />I give and devise all of the rest,residue and remainder of the real estate of which I
<br />may die seized to my wife Lucy Zeiner and to my sons,Wilbur Zeiner and Harry Zeiner,share and
<br />share alike,each to take a one -third interest therein as tenants in common.
<br />Fourth.
<br />I give and bequeath to my wife,Lury Zeiner,and my sons,Wilbur Zeiner and Harry Zeiner,all
<br />of the personal property of which I may die possessed,share and share alike,each to take
<br />a one -third part thereof,except however,the household furniture now in my home place which.
<br />I give to my wife,Lucy Zeiner,for and during her natural life,she to use the same as she sees
<br />fit and to make such exchanges therein as she deems advisable and same to pass to my two sons,
<br />Wilbur Zeiner and Harry Zeiner,on the death of my said wife.
<br />Fifth.
<br />I name,nominate and appoint my friend,Jacob Brandt,of Hall County,Nebraska,in whom I
<br />have confidence that he is fit for the position,guardian of my said sons,Wilbur Zeiner and
<br />Harry Zeiner,during the minority of my said sons and ti is my request that he procure letters
<br />of guardianship from the court having proper jurisdiction over the person and property of
<br />my said sons or either of them in the event that they should be under age at the time of my
<br />
