<br />The Court finds that the said Catharina Mildenstein was,at the time of her death,the owner
<br />of the following described real estate situate in Hall County,Nebraska,to -wit;
<br />Lot Three (3) in Block One Hundred Forty -eight (148) of Union Pacific Railway Company's
<br />Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hal 1 County,Nebraska, - - - - -1 Lot
<br />The Court finds that under the pr6visions of the Law of Descent of the State of Nebraska
<br />the said above described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Catharina
<br />Mildenstein,deceased,in the manner following:
<br />To Anna Rohweder,Henry Mildensteiii,: ertrude Rohweder,Dora Schreiner,Amilia Schaumann,Al
<br />Mildenstein,Ma.rtha Christensen,George Hildenstein and Cathrina Staal each a one -ninth part
<br />thereof in fee simple.
<br />It is,therefore,considered by the Court,that on the death of the said Catharina Mildenste
<br />deceased,the real estate hereinafter described,to -wit;
<br />Lot Three (3) in Block One Hundred Forty -eight (149) of Union Pacific Railway Company's
<br />Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska, 1 Lot,
<br />did pass and deseend,under the laws of descent in the State of Nebraska,as follows;
<br />To Anna Rohweder,Hertry Mildenstein,Gertrude Rohweder,Dora Schreiner,Amilia Schaumann,Al
