AUL 4 Egli UTUBJU-7 <br />his final report. <br />3l <br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the <br />manner provided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate <br />of the said deceased;that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired;tha.t all <br />j claims filed and allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied;that the <br />funeral expenses of said deceased and the costs of administering said estate have been fully <br />paid and that all outstanding claims against said estate not filed,if any such therebe,are <br />forever barred and extiluded. <br />It is,therefore,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever <br />barred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Cath- <br />arina Mildenstein and that said estate is fully settled and closed. <br />The Court finds that the said Administrator has received in cash from all sources the sum <br />of $11,970.00.That he has expended in cash on account of coping placed on the gray* of de- <br />ceased <br />the <br />sum of <br />$25.00 <br />That <br />he <br />has expended for court costs and attorneys Sees and re- <br />served <br />Por <br />the expense of recording this Final Decree,the sum of <br />154.50 <br />That he <br />has <br />paid to Anna Rohweder,a daughter of the deceased and one <br />of the heirs -at -law the sum of <br />1473.81 <br />That he <br />has <br />paid to Gertrude Rohweder,a daughter of the deceased <br />and one <br />of <br />the heirs -at -law the sum of <br />1473.81 <br />That he <br />has <br />paid to Dora Schriener,a daughter of the deceased and <br />one of <br />the <br />heirs -at -law the sum of <br />1473.81 <br />That he <br />has <br />paid to Amilia $ohaumann,a daughter of the deceased <br />and one <br />of <br />the heirs -at -law the sum of. <br />1473.81 <br />That he <br />has <br />paid to Alwina Mildenstein,a daughter of the deceased <br />and one <br />of <br />the heirs -at -law the sum of <br />1473.81 <br />That he <br />has <br />paid to Martha Christensen,a daughter of the deceased <br />and one <br />of <br />the heirs -at -law the sum of <br />1473.81 <br />That he has paid to George Mildrenstein,a son of the deceased and one <br />of the heirs -at -law the sum of 1473.01 <br />That he has paid to Cathrina Staal:;a daughter of the deceased and one <br />of the heirs -at -law the sum of 1473.81 <br />That Henry Mildenstein,one of the heirsiat -law of the said deceased,prior to the death <br />of..deoeased,pe6e ved from the deceased the sum of $1350.00 and at such time receipted in full <br />for all sums due to him from the estate of his Father,Nicolaus Mildenstein,remaining upon <br />the death of Cathrina Mildenstein,his Mother,the deceased herein.That the assets distributed <br />by the Administrator were the remaining assets from the estate of the said 19ioolaus Milden- <br />stein after the death of the said Catharina Mildenstein,the deceased herein.That said reoeipt <br />so signed by the said Henry Mildenstein is filed with the papers in this Estate. <br />The Court further finds that all cash or items of personal property that have come to the <br />knowledge or possession of said Administrator have been paid out as hereinbefore mentioned <br />and that there are no assets remaining in the hands of said Administrator. <br />It_ is ,therefore,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the said Administrator be discharged. <br />The Court finds that the said Catharina Mildenstein departed this lifeon the 27" day of <br />April,1921,a resident of Hall County,Nebraska,and that she died intestate;that she left <br />surviving her as her sole and only heirs- at- law,the following named: <br />Anna Rohweder,a daughter of Hall County,Nebraska.Henry Mildenstein,a son of Howard County, <br />
