<br />The Court finds that the said Mathilde Kleinkauf was,at the time of her death the owner
<br />of the following described real estate situated in Hall County,Nebraska, to -wit;
<br />an undivided one third (j) interest in Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Seven (7) in
<br />Windolph's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that under the provisions of the Law of Descent of the State of Nebraska {
<br />the above described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Mathilde Klein -1
<br />kauf,deceased,in the manner following
<br />To Edwin J.Kleinkauf,Ella M.A.Kleinkauf,Richard A.Kleinkauf,Frieda E.Kleinkauf,Alma H.
<br />Kleinkauf,George F.A.Kleinkauf,Elmer L.Kleinkauf and Florence 0. Kleinkauf ,each an undivided
<br />one - eighth part thereof in fee simple and all ens tenants in common.
<br />It is, therefore, considered by the Court that on the death of the said Mathilde Kleinkauf,
<br />deceased,the real estate hereinafter deseribed,to -wit: An undivided one -third interest in Lot
<br />One (1) and Two (2) in Block Seven (7) in Windolph's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Ne
<br />did pass and descend under the haws of Descent of the State of Nebraska as follows:

<br />George Mildenstein,Administrator of the Estate of Catharine Mildenstein,deceased and it
<br />appearing to the Court that notice thereof has been given tb all persons interested in said
<br />estate as by law required and as-by order of this Court required and the proofs of such notio
<br />bengduly filed in this Court and it further appearing to the Court after a full examination
<br />that the account exhibited by the said Administrator is correct in all things and ought to
<br />be approved and allowed and it appearing that said Administrator has accounted for all of the,
<br />estate which has come into his hands,it_is,therefore,
